Dec 4, 2020 Very different some said this game is like kingdom rush and as a owner of all of those games this is very very different and unique the way you level up your towers is by gearing and leveling up the soldier in manning the tower not the tower itself and the IAP's are pretty bad as in you really really do NOT need them lol I didn't find anything worth buying in the shop I could suggest some better IAP's stuff people would want but that's good if u just want to download and play for freemore -

Nov 20, 2020 I made another review and in it I listed a couple of problems I had understanding the game the difficulties I had reading the small(to me) writing. I also misunderstood parts of the game that are crucial in advancing and said that I liked the game and said I’d review it again if I found these issues were mine and not the game, ands that’s why I made a second review. The issues I was having were all me and I don’t need to go into more than I already have. This isn’t a good TD it’s a great TD. All the things good about other TD games but with so many extra things that make this game more challenging and infinitely more re-playable. The levels within levels and the incredibly neat way items are offered and how the shop works is so much better than all other TD’s, and it’s almost like it’s a new concept in a game rather than just another TD. I can’t say enough good things. TD’s can get tedious repeating the same level over and over just to pass a level without any kind of reward this game gives you coins or equipment when you play levels multiple times your always advancing even though you play a level multiple times. If it’s not the best TD you have ever played it is right there at the top alongside whatever your best TD game is.more -

Great Gameplay, Would Recommend!
Jan 10, 2021 Had the game installed for about a month now. The gear system is great, strategy is necessary, and overall, a decent Tower Defense that doesn’t require much interaction except for queuing your next tower. The devs pay attention to feedback, and the discord channel helps make conversation between other players easier. After a certain point it becomes a bit of a grind to move forward. I purchased the silver hourglass and the $20 package to remove forced ads and get the whole kit. This made a significant impact, and gave some great daily bonuses. The time relics really help push the progression forward. Still challenging and keeps me coming back!more -

When will you respond? Can you add siege mode, whilst unlocking info on all monsters since the game is nearly unbeatable please? How do I unlock the relic temple? When will you respond to siege mode? When will you add unit and equipment upgrades, paladin unit and siege mode? When will you respond again?more

Just a grind.
Jan 5, 2021 I was looking forward to trying this game. I loved Defender Chronicles. Which (up to a certain difficulty level anyway) was always winnable with proper strategy, even without fancy equipment or a high level. Not so with this game! Literally the only way to progress is to grind, which is somehow especially boring with this game. Maybe because the mechanics and equipment are all so straight forward. I can sometimes win a level that is red and supposedly should be unwinnable for me. But at this point I’ve won all the stars I can, everything else is red or locked. I don’t even think buying the golden seal (a rip off at $20) would help. If it was $1 or $2 I’d probably try it. My only option now is to grind or quit. I quit. I also find the controls a little counterintuitive. Instead of having a build menu that is always open or that pops up when you tap a build spot, you have to open a build menu and then drag to the build spot. I have this complaint about lots of games: What is the point of the 3d aspect? It doesn’t look good or affect the game mechanics. It just makes it harder to see what’s going on. You can’t zoom out and see the full playing field either.more -

A Dumb Game With Tedious & Pointless Requirements
Nov 14, 2020 This is a really dumb game. After the tutorial, you just place boring units to intercept bots. There is nothing fun about this and even the graphics are 1990’s. Are there truly people out there who are so bored that they would suffer through this? Who would actually pay for anything on this snore fest? Maybe I should make some dumb game like this and hope fools will pay for junk. Just avoid this game and you will not suffer disappointment or lose your valuable time. P.S. Usually, I love strategy games but this is junk.more -

Jan 24, 2021 Really fun game at first, but after playing for 2 hours straight, it becomes clear that you have to pay to play. Fun concept, and enjoyed the mechanic of leveling up your stuff, but just a heads up for future players: it will cost you a little extra to continue playing.more

Endgame Difficulty Issues
Dec 23, 2020 Really enjoyed the game initially, but as the game progresses towards later stages, the difficulty bump becomes insurmountable. Your units max out at level 80 which still leaves most of the late levels in the red. Weapon/equipment pricing is rigged, always just a little bit more gold than I have, and if I grind out a level or 2, the equipment in the shop changes. Money grab obviously, but just makes me want to move on to another game.more -

Oct 25, 2020 Great game mechanics and execution. You will hit a massive pay wall around 25 stars or so (a certain weapon is required). You can grind forever or pay $20 to get 50,000 coins to buy said weapon for 30,000ish (the price fluctuates for an unknown reason). Really a big turn off.more -
Game breaking bugs
Dec 7, 2020 I have 20 stars but Tiris doesn't unlock, and beating Blackrock on three stars never registers in the game. Can't do anything other than replay old stages. -

What’s Groovy
I’m happy with this game overall. It has many challenging levels that require some thought to win.
There is a bug with the achievements now. Every time I open the app I get notifications of every achievement. After visiting the shop or completing a level all of these notifications repeat again. I’m sick of it. Also, many achievements I’ve already completed do not appear as completed (locked). Please fix this soon!

Please add unit ( stun upon charging, parrying, double shot, etc. ) and equipment upgrades ( special affects to certain equipment ) to make gameplay easier for real, more daily rewards, new units and siege mode to play as the enemies. When will you respond?

I also find the controls a little counterintuitive. Instead of having a build menu that is always open or that pops up when you tap a build spot, you have to open a build menu and then drag to the build spot. I have this complaint about lots of games: What is the point of the 3d aspect? It doesn’t look good or affect the game mechanics. It just makes it harder to see what’s going on. You can’t zoom out and see the full playing field either. -

A Dumb Game With Tedious & Pointless Requirements
This is a really dumb game. After the tutorial, you just place boring units to intercept bots. There is nothing fun about this and even the graphics are 1990’s. Are there truly people out there who are so bored that they would suffer through this? Who would actually pay for anything on this snore fest? Maybe I should make some dumb game like this and hope fools will pay for junk. Just avoid this game and you will not suffer disappointment or lose your valuable time. P.S. Usually, I love strategy games but this is junk. -

Just a grind.
I was looking forward to trying this game. I loved Defender Chronicles. Which (up to a certain difficulty level anyway) was always winnable with proper strategy, even without fancy equipment or a high level. Not so with this game! Literally the only way to progress is to grind, which is somehow especially boring with this game. Maybe because the mechanics and equipment are all so straight forward. I can sometimes win a level that is red and supposedly should be unwinnable for me. But at this point I’ve won all the stars I can, everything else is red or locked. I don’t even think buying the golden seal (a rip off at $20) would help. If it was $1 or $2 I’d probably try it. My only option now is to grind or quit. I quit.
