    Delivery Dudes has by far the best selection of restaurants in our area, and their drivers are the friendliest and frequently go above and beyond. They don’t have enough drivers (I guess) so delivery times are almost always double (or more) what the other services have, but still it’s a great service. However, the app itself is not awesome. A few examples: 1. The app does not show delivery time estimates before ordering, so you have no idea what to expect until you’re locked in. 2. The app does not feel like a native iOS app. The text fields don’t support autocorrect for some reason, so typing in delivery instructions without errors is a real chore. The login form doesn’t support iOS password filling. Etc., etc., etc. 3. The push notifications seem regularly delayed. Often I won’t get notified that the food is on the way until the driver is half way here. 4. The menus are often much less complete or detailed than the menu from the same place in competing apps. I have had times that I want to order something that requires selections (like sides or dressings) and DD doesn’t provide any way to select it other than typing it in (again into a text field in which they have somehow broken autocomplete). Anyway, I hate to complain because I love supporting the “little guy” and local restaurants. But the Dudes mobile experience could be so much better. It is within reach!

    I love the app but it gets frustrating when you’re trying to find a specific food or type of food and it shows up with no results. Practically every other food app has a feature that allows you to look at look for restaurants by what food they have, except delivery dudes. I like the company and friends that own restaurants say their a pleasure to work with, but come on guys, catch up!

    The app is easy to use and does what it needs to, to get your order transmitted and in the works. What’s most amazing is the customer service behind the order. The Dudes really care about your order and getting it right. If there is any question about my order that other services would ignore or just guess on, they actually call and clarify to make sure I get what I want. If there is any problem or delay, they reach out and let me know so I have a heads up, or can work with them on a solution that fits me.

Through a hands on approach, this industry leading team of Product Managers and Customer Service technicians helped facilitate all facets of my at home delivery experience. Their presence was felt right from the jump, and I could not thank Parker Rex enough for his tremendous work here. When you use DD you are not only getting the fine tuned product, but also the proficient team behind it. Thanks guys

    The App Store says this app should be compatible with my iPad but every time I try to launch it I get the opening splash page, then back to the desktop. It still shows as an open app, but I have to use the website to order anything. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling but no difference. Please fix this, dudes! It’s very frustrating! It _used_ to work very well . . . ETA: It’s working again! Hooray! Thanks, Dudes!

    I needed something picked up at CVS. CVS would not deliver. It was not an expensive item but one I needed. In these times it is so helpful to be able to count on them to safely get you things you need in a timely fashion without any gouging. Hopefully, those that use the service show their appreciation by tipping well. I’ve used them twice but I’m going to start having them get my groceries next. Thank you Delivery Dudes

    The app itself is pretty simple. I fill my cart and checkout just like any other delivery service. The reason I keep coming back to this service over the rest is the customer service. Anytime my order goes wrong they get everything taken care of for me. Not like the other guys who just give me my money back and leave me to reorder it myself.

    I actually met the Founder of this app he’s a very interesting person and I was a huge fan almost instantly but after 3 years the truth is that these guys are not the big dogs in this industry so I can’t blame them.. they’re biggest problem for the consumers would be being inconsistent with their drivers sometimes you won’t even get a driver but if you do the ETA is between 1-4 hours so it’s also not the most convenient if you have to run out of the house that day to do chores. I hate saying this because their choices of restaurants are amazing and the app is really well designed but again the most important part for the consumers would be how efficient and how convenient the service is. And the service is their weakest part of their business model. Also if u try to customize an order for example “no pickles” most times it won’t happen, you expect one meal and get a completely different meal which can leave the consumer with a sense of false expectation

    I'm using my DashPass from DoorDash. Delivery Dudes says no network connectivity, on wifi or mobile internet. I got this comment in just fine.

    Every item on delivery dudes is prices 10-25% MORE per item. On top of a delivery fee, "other" fees, taxes, and a tip. This is absolutely terrible policy.

    The old app was perfectly fine and actually worked. Now all of my information has been erased. Payment method, address, previous orders, favorites, etc. I am trying to place an order after entering everything again and it’s telling me that I can’t place the order because it requires a password. I’m logged in! This doesn’t make any sense at all. Complete failure here. Now I have to find something else on another app to order. You have been my favorite of the delivery services up to this point, but now I’m not so sure about your reliability. Thanks for ruining something that was perfectly user friendly to begin with.

    I HATE the new app and interface. Besides having to reset my password every time the app updates, I now have to spend 5-10 minutes scrolling through pictures of every restaurant to finally find one I'm interested in. The application should be a "streamlined menu system", not a encyclopedia of food pictures that doesn't even look like the actual food from these restaurants. Looks like I'll be ordering from another food delivery service from here on out.

    First the app provides a delivery time they do not stand by. Once the time is exceeded there isn’t any notifications. Secondly you can’t track the driver like any other delivery app including Uber and Lyft. Next when your order is 45 minutes overdue and you call the number the person on the other end elevates with you and argues back. They can use customer service basics as this company seems to be run by a bunch of careless people who don’t realize the hand that feeds them. Definitely use Grubhub or DoorDash instead of this horrible excuse for a business.

    The app redesign removed sorting feature- now I have to scroll through the entire list of restaurants instead of being able to sort by various criteria. I am also no longer able to re-order with a single click from previous orders. The absence of this functionality creates a frustrating user experience. Please consider restoring these features!

    Trash app! The Internet Explorer of food orders. Froze when placing an order and crashed on me...then when I order through Uber Eats...I get a confirmation from DD the the order has been placed...30 mins later! Uber Eats had already delivered the food.

    Stopped using UE recently because they suck! For now had 4 orders with DD, it was fast, warm and all items were handled as instructed.

    Just ordered 2 dinners in 1 night because I was extremely hungry. It’s called a bang bang. DDs app has a great selection or restaurants, is user friendly even after a few drinks, and keeps you updated the whole time one of your meals is en route. 5 stars and two sauce covered thumbs up!

    Almost every other delivery app has the ability to message your driver. For those of us who live in addresses that are hard to find i have many times had to walk out to the street to flag down the drive. With Uber eats I can just message the driver and never have issues. Please add this feature!

    Cannot add or delete addresses easily. As a matter of fact in the app I cannot find any way to delete an old address. I tried updating the old address to the new one and it wouldn't let me. Also wouldn't let me add it as 'new'.

    The prices are better than some of the other delivery services but it has two massive flaws, the first is that you wont know how long your order will take until you pay them, so you could waste your entire lunch break waiting on food that you wont get to eat. The second big flaw is that you can't order ahead of time, so you always have to gamble when placing your order, I've had this screw up my work on several occasions and frankly it isnt worth the few dollars that you save on an order. 👎
