Bad UI in an otherwise good app. There is no point in adding albums/songs to your favorites, as there is no "personal" collection. If you usually organize your music by artist, clicking on the artist in your collection will take you to the store page, where you have to scroll past their entire discography to get to the album you want. Essentially, "favoriting" something doesn't actually add it to your collection, but only provides a shortcut to play it off of the artist page. Make it make sense.

Cheap Company!!
more lessI got a free trial to use this app back in August and very quickly realized it doesn’t come close to Apple Music so I deleted the App. Before doing so I made sure to check my subscriptions to make sure my free trial doesn’t turn into a paid one, but I didn’t see anything so I thought I was all good. After months of having the App deleted I find out I’m somehow getting charged for this. I message customer support cause this cheap company doesn’t even have a phone service and they tell me they can’t do anything to refund me. They tell me I should’ve known to go to my Deezer account to cancel my subscription. I’m a college student who has been laid off from work facing a financial nightmare during this pandemic and they simply don’t care. THEY SIMPLY DON’T CARE!! If a company doesn’t show sympathy in a time like this they’re simply MONSTERS. Thank you for taking money from a financially struggling student. Update, I spoke to customer service again after receiving a comment to my review that they care. They only refunded me one month. ONE MONTH! I’m sure they can check my account usage and see I haven’t touched the service since August but they only care enough for one month. Stay away from this MONEY HUNGRY APP, they don’t believe in customer service. I hope the money you stole from me was worth it! It would be nice to be able to speak to a higher up.

Good service. I'm taking stars away for 3 reasons. 1) the app sometimes lag 2) when I exit the app or view the song I'm currently listening to, even I go back to view my favorite list, I expect the app to not refresh and go back to the top of the list, but instead stay where I was at. I'm going to take another off because I noticed that even after I remove a song from my favorites, it will continue to play them as if they were still a favorite. 3) when I close the app, it continues playing.

I have been looking for a completely free and offline music app and so when I saw this on the play store as "free" and "completely offline" I was very disappointed to go through the trouble of putting all my favorite songs in a playlist and then trying to download them, and it says that's a premium feature. Every reason why I got rid of Spotify is the same on this app. It's just stupid how I have to pay for premium just to listen to music.

Come on Deezer, do I really have to go back to Spotify? Worked great a first, loved the "Flow" feature that seems to mix all liked artists in a random playlist, BUT. But for the last six months or more Deezer constantly fails to play the next song or stops halfway into a song. If Deezer can't play songs consistently it has no value, despite at least three updates, still same problems. I guess it's back to Spotify even though I like Deezer variety better. Fix this error playing songs.

Zero would be my true score. Free no way. Download install register then it says "free version not available in your country" pay More per month than Amazon Prime or basically any other app. At least if was informed before going through the registration process.

Good service. Deezer has been great until about 1 month ago, when I play a song it sometimes will play once or twice then I will get error message saying "cancel or retry" then I can never play that song again, other times I'm not able to play a song at all, keep getting the same error message. I Uninstalled and reinstalled the app, it worked for a few days, its doing the same thing not playing music.

more lessI thought deezer would finally be the app I could use, but nope. First of all, I thought the skips were for ads. NOT for the actual songs. I was trying to listen to LiSA but there were all sorts of different artists in a playlist for one of her album’s playlist that are only supposed to have HER songs. Not some other artists songs. The ads, app design and audio quality were the only things that were actually good about his app. AND when you want to listen to that certain song, and you don’t have enough “skips” then you simply can’t listen to it! You either listen to some song you’ve never heard before, or you listen to nothing. You need “premium” to listen to it. I know the app needs money, but it’s simply not very practical. I would have added ads every 2 songs Instead of 3, and used the skips to skip ads instead.

The new update causes my flow to continually spawn the wheel even when I've been listening to a track and haven't clicked on it. Multiple times I've tried to like songs that pop up on the flow and it automatically changes the station to "chill" even though I hadn't brought up the wheel. The song I tried to favorite does get added to my liked songs, but it's frustrating when pressing the heart causes the flow to change. I love this app, please fix this!

Would love to try but getting an error message. I have grown tiresome of Spotify and have read so many great things about this small yet mighty service. I'd love to give you guys a shot, but I keep getting an error message when starting out and finalizing my chosen plan trial. The error message states: Error retrieving information from server. DF-DFERH-01. I'gd love some insight how to troubleshoot this so I can give an honest review of your services.

The app is disappointing. I got my hopes up only to be let down. I continuously got an error message that content can't load. And no matter what, the issue was not fixed. So now I will be looking elsewhere for my music needs. Every time there is an update the app glitches out and I have to keep resetting, reinstalling, and troubleshooting. Sadly is it only good replacement I have found for Google music
