Played the first Davey’s a while back- not terribly hard, just fun and relaxing. Since then I’ve played several other “brands” of puzzlers, and while I’ve mostly enjoyed them, a couple required not just outside the box thinking, but “beyond this world” thinking. I like a challenge, really, but sometimes frying my circuits trying to decode, decipher, and deduce a hellish logic puzzle or, even worse yet, trying to conjure up the abstract solution that would only occur to the dev, can leave me feeling worn out and a little stupid, especially if I have to [occasionally] consult a walkthrough, only to slap myself afterward for doing so. This second Davey’s was none of that. It was exceptionally straightforward, fun to play, and just challenging enough to have a few “Aha!” moments. In fact, it seemed a little easier than the first one, perhaps due to a couple of “brain-burners” I played recently. This game left me feeling happy, satisfied, and just a little smarter, and I’d certainly welcome more like it.

A litttle harder than the first Davey, but I still completed this one in 3 hours with no hints. Short, but very entertaining, and engaging. I would love a longer version of these. Really, they are done very well, with decent music and good sound effects and feedback for the puzzles.

I liked this so much better than the first one. The gameplay is so smooth and it’s easy enough to know what to do next without wanting to pull your hair out. Hope to see a part 3!

Fun puzzles. It takes a bit to get oriented with many rooms and paths. This game requires a good memory of all the unsolved puzzles so you can go back and work them when you find new objects. I thoroughly enjoyed it!

I played Davey's Mystery 1 which was nice and quick and free. Play that to get an idea of Howe you'll like this sequel. Playing both is worth 99 cents for sure if you like this kind of point and click adventure. They are both pretty easy, but I really like this kind of game easy or not.. Played both in about an hour. Well designed, and works well. Not really long, give me twice as much and it would be 5 stars.

I like that that walkthru's are right there, you don' t have to run all over the internet. Also puzzles are just challenging enough for me. Keeps my interest

I really liked this game. I played Davey’s Mystery I and it was just ok, but somehow was drawn to the second installment. This game rocks! Beautiful, calming graphics, fun puzzles, not too hard but challenging enough to make you think. Zen game.

Good game..I did finish 1 and 2.. Could have used better hints.. A lot of going back and forth looking for items and then trying to figure out what to do with them.. You have to look closely at the hints given they help a little.

Not as intuitive as the first game, which I gave 5 stars. Still entertaining and well worth the $0.99 cents!
