Wow, after many updates, i have been here since the game launched. I will never forget that. Everything about the game is beautiful, but only one thing that doesnt meet me or some people who dont spend like $10000, is well the payment system. Though it does make sense for you to need money for the company, can you make it less instead? I mean top up about around $1300?? Yeah im not doing that. But around $25, yeah. But overall, everything is great. Keep up the good work team. -Your DaL fan

First off I just want to say, I absolutely LOVE this game for everything that it is. Now i just wanna say i font know much about these tupes of games or if some of these prices are considered normal? I think my only complaint is how difficult it is to get some items without money. For instance theirs and entire shop with things you buy with tokens that you can only get with money. Personally it doesn't bother me THAT bad because of the stuff in said shops, but there is one thing that always happens during events. They have costumes for characters you unlock that greet you on the main menu screen. These costumes also have a background whether it be one like the new Kurumi neko one where she has a cat headband on and is sitting on her knees on a stool in a room, or destroyed buildings with rubble that kind of thing, theres also one of Kotori taking a nap under a tree. And as i was saying about the prices before is the top up system. I don't know much about topping up or whatever, tbh its nee to me. However i done know what to think then there are rewards for spending $780 and theres more to come ( by that i mean more expensive). Overall the game is amazing and im probably nitpicking. One thing is for sure, I can’t WAIT to see where this game goes in the future

Great game. Controls felt a bit weird at first, but I quickly got used to it. As some people mentioned, the game has some stability issues and crashes at times, but nothing major. The english is a bit scuffed, such as small grammer/spelling errors, but nothing too severe. Overall, good game for those that like DAL such as myself. Hope the game crashes less in future updates!

Im playing this game less than a month, I can say it is super enjoyable and user friendly so I will give it a 5 stars. Super love this game and especially its characters because I am able to date my waifu. There is always something new like different events with cool rewards and sometimes you are able to unlock new spirits. It even notify its players for updates ahead of time this is a game that really cares for its players.

I am a huge Date A Live fan. As a fan, I am very satisfied with this game and the content. The game is enjoyable and the dates are great. It is quite free to play friendly and you can pretty much get everything through grinding. The only thing I would complain is that the game is pretty shallow at the moment. If you finish the campaign, there is pretty much nothing you can do. The dates later on lacks complete voice acting and only voiced very minimally, some even don’t have voice at all. Also there could be more mechanics to the gameplay and even a pvp system. But the game just launched so it is pretty impressive. Hopefully there could be frequent updates after the launch to bring contents. Altogether, a great game and definitely recommended to Date A Live fans as well as non fans.

  • Rate up is Abysmal and P2W format. Aug 13, 2020

    By OwenLuis
The title says it all, the currency is limited, the game needs 1,800 to make a multi and only gives 20-50 diamonds after completing a battle. I saved up 8,000 diamonds from the beginning without spending and when I summon on a rate of 0.8% chance or even a 0.2% chance, might as well just tell me, as long as you haven’t won the lottery yet, just hand me your wallet. This game literally requires you to pay money just because there’s nothing left to grind out diamonds and stamina are all scarce, just to be spent on a hopeless gacha that will return your hard work with an A or AA rank Mana. Games such as FGO and Epic Seven aren’t this bad because even if the rates of abysmal, they still give a decent grindable summoning material. Try lowering the standards of guaranteed so even F2P players have a chance as long as they grind enough. I think 0.8% with 100 summons till guaranteed is way too much for anyone to hope for good stuff, and I hope you’d stop trying to compete for the worst gacha of the year and be more lenient to your players who don’t want to spend hundreds of dollars for their best characters.

  • Kicked me out after making a payment Jul 27, 2020

I am giving this a one star because after buying a top up on the game for a costume it just kicked me out of the game. the screen went black and I tried to get back on the game and it just kept kicking me out back to my home screen. I turned off my phone and back on to see if it would work and it still did the same thing. I don’t know if it has something to do with the game being new but they really need to fix this issue. How did I just really waste money on the game and now it’s not even letting me get on it. I deleted the app and am redownloading it again, hopefully maybe that fixes that problem. & I better have gotten the costume because I didn’t just spend money on this and not get it. Update: I re download the game and it’s still not starting up the game. This is really disappointing.

I played this game for at least 3 weeks, and i have to say for the 2 weeks it was very enjoyable but after that it feels kinda bland. The pros are that this game has a hack and slash mechanism which is enjoyable, the franchise itself is Date a live which gives appeal for those who like the LN or anime. The cons are this game has a lot of bug so this game are likely gonna crash a lot, limited resource grinding, very money hungry (imagine getting exp card that you can grind FROM PAYED gacha).

Great game definitely recommend this to everyone who is playing for their waifus you can obtain them but of course you need to keep on playing the game you'll get them eventually. My only issue is about the skin Neko Kurumi please have as a way to obtain the skin even if a long term one, it's kinda sad to not be able to get her skin since i can't spend a penny because of the pandemic, a rerun of the event is an recommendation either a year or two as long as there is still a chance to obtain it.

  • No stress waifu collector Jul 28, 2020

    By Walapala
Cons: * Combat is fairly simple. Feels like a flash game. * UI is not very clear and feels a bit cheap. * Anyone not interested in the “dating” portion of the game isn’t going to get much mileage out of this. * Character skins are separated between in combat, and in menu variants. * The art will make you feel embarrassed to play this game publicly. * Setting “fav girl” on your home screen currently does not include the full cast of characters. Pros: * Units can be farmed (slowly) by collecting shards. * There’s a daily banner that guarantees the focus unit after 80 pulls. * Waifu quality is pretty good. * You can “try before you buy” a lot of things. * Combat animations can look very flashy. * Waifu animations very reminiscent of live2d style. * Can be played at your own pace so it’s a no stress experience. Overall, if you like the series this game is based on, or if you want a simple no stress waifu collector action rpg, this game is well worth at the low low price of free. For anyone looking to find a more involved experience, this game might be a bit too far on the simple side of things. Still a fun button mashy time for what it’s worth.

Amazing. It took me surprise for a mobile game. Being a fan of the anime, it's just great being able to play as the characters. You can send money in the game, but it's not necessary for one to have fun playing it, but the option to buy is always there. Just have to grind a bit and be patient. Also the stamina system in the game is a great balance for players to knowing to play for how long. Only complaint is the english dialogue needs improvement to make more sense and better the experience.

I give this a 4.5 because don't get me wrong I am a big date alive fan and I love the controls the graphics, textures, the story line is like the actual anime and I love the simulators in the game you should make the characters say more stuff and add more energy for dating to the game the characters are really funny sometimes but the only problem with this game is the fact that most of the newest character skins are just impossible to get 99 percent of the time it's usually a pay to win.

  • Wow, waste of time but enjoyable Aug 21, 2020

    By TheWeakOne21
So, I have started playing when the game went global and farmed for the Inverse Tohka event trying to get enough event exchange coins to exchange for Tohka’s Dominator clothes/costume, which is two thousand event coins. I finally had enough to buy the outfit but, when I bought it I did not receive the item I tried to get. I checked the mail to see if it was there for me to claim but nothing was there so, I though I had already received it and just had to go change it. Unfortunately, it as I tried to change the astral dress on Inverse Tohka, it said it was still locked. I’m not sure if it’s just a bug but, I wasted 2k event coins and didn’t even get the item. Also, refreshed the game a few times and it just keeps saying I don’t have it and I can’t exchange for it anymore because it’s only once per player, so can’t even farm for it anymore.

As for the graphics, date function and voice characters i have no complaints because for me it's flawless but as for me a F2P player i have a important complaint. The summoning, i keep getting the same character "Mana Takamiya" over and over again, every time i draw i keep getting her, i don't think i have drawn there a different character besides her. Please fix this the odds for a f2p player like me is too unfair, this is very personal but i have spent many time for this game just to the girls

To keep it as short as possible: The game's fun; if you're a fan if the series you'll enjoy it. Too bad multiple people can't use the same spirit in coop battles for whatever reason. But that's not all; it's becoming very whale centered REALLY fast, with some events being pretty much undoable for anyone who doesn't spend on the game. Not to mention the rushed release of a certain spirit.

The game is a lot of fun for a gacha game. Art, animation and music are fantastic. The gameplay is pretty interesting because every character plays so differently, giving you a lot of options depending on what you pulled. But it constantly freezes and crashes even on relatively new devices. Get those issues fixed and we got a fantastic gacha game here!

  • Constant Crashing Jul 28, 2020

    By Luuluucaa
I started playing the game the other day and was really into it so I decided to make some in-app purchases. The first few went through, but after purchasing a certain item, the game crashed. Initially, I didn’t pay it much thought and tried to re-open it. It crashed again right and after multiple attempts, the same result kept happening. I went as far as to re-install the app but it still crashed. I’ve read some other reviews detailing the same issue and I’m wondering when it’ll be fixed. It’s a new game and all so it’s understandable, though. Overall, it’s a great game but there are still some bugs that need to be fixed!

After you reached certain level, when you get stuck by level restriction, you will amost spam same story stages for materials while waiting to level up to unlock 3 story stages (or 3-6 more if it also unlock other difficulties) and repeat for a very long while. Also, if your internet connection is not [very good] , co-op stage is almost impossible and might forced quit the stage. Beside that, gameplay and date system is fun. The girls' interactions are interesting and has plenty fan-services.

  • An amazing and beautiful game...but.... Jul 28, 2020

    By WaywardSon02
I was super excited when I heard about this game being a huge fan of the manga and anime. So of course I pre-ordered it immediately. After losing the first account I made and not being able to recover it (I lost a month pass and a Uni) I bought, I decided to make another one. Then as I got into it, I saw how amazingly expensive it would be to continue to play the game (getting frags for characters or characters themselves..etc) I made this mistake with Dragon Raja, and didn’t feel like making it again. One positive note, it was an amazingly beautiful game, well put together. Just a shame it’s leaning towards P2P.

Game is greedy two types of premium currency, liw drop rates on characters, and few a opportunities to acquire fate emblems. Makes this game tedious. Combat is ok there are some problems with hit detection. Dating sim aspects are boring and repetitive. I love Date A Live but this game does not reflect what makes the story great or how interesting the characters are. Kinda disappointed in it.
