Crashing same place as all the others
After collecting the moon and sun i can’t move without crashing! Tried rebooting game, rebooting ipad. tried a variety of actions to see if it would bypass that point. No action prevents a crash. FYI there is a crackling sound just before it boots me out. Please fix. This hasn’t happened in a game for over ten years. Would rather fix than refund but if you are unable to correct the issue, I will need a refund! -
Freezes 😡
Played all the way until the green house when I finally got the moon 🌙 piece to open the door. Won’t let me move on. it keeps booting me out. Reloaded from the App Store now it says I didn’t pay 😡. Not happy about having to replay the whole game. Better not crash the same place again or I want my $ back. It’s a shame really loved the game up until that point. -
Games crashes after paying full price
Once I completed the free trial, I liked the game so much & wanted to continue so I purchased the games, at full price, and when I tried to continue, no matter what I do in game, as soon as I try to complete an action, the game crashes, shuts down & goes to my Home Screen. Plz help, fix the game or let me know how to get a refund PLEASE! -

I paid for the game but it keeps crashing on me every time I try to put the handle on the cabinet . I really like the game so far but this bug needs to be fixed . If not u would like a refund on my purchase .

I paid full price for this game and was enjoying it until I got to chapter 4. It keeps crashing on me. Very frustrating!
