I love DailyBurn. I’ve been a member since I had my daughter in 2015 and I truly feel like the trainers are my own, personal friends. I’m an RN and can sometimes have an erratic schedule, so working out can be difficult. I had been using the app for the days when I couldn’t make it to the gym, but after the lockdowns last year and we were stuck in the house it became my primary means of exercise. When our gym started accepting members again in the fall we ended up canceling our membership and now I just use DailyBurn. The variety of workouts is fantastic— I especially love the bodyweight, no equipment classes— and the mobility and yoga series are also amazing. I know I’m going to get a great workout no matter what I choose. I don’t own a scale so I don’t know how my weight has responded to DailyBurn, but I do know that I fit my clothes more comfortably, I feel more confident, and I actually look forward to working out. And because I work out in my garage my 5-year-old is able to participate instead of hiding away in a gym child care center, and hopefully I can be a good role model for positive self-image. Anja, Phoenix, Cody, Dara, Cece, Briohny— Thank you for keeping me going and being so excellent at what you do!

Daily Burn has been a game changer for me. The variety of programs plus the daily live show keeps things fresh. Love that I can take it with me when I travel. I often use the audio workouts or the LTF workout on my phone when using a hotel gym. The iPad version is great for using at home when the family is watching TV. Otherwise I also use this on the Roku. Definitely sign up for 5he Facebook group. You can chat with the trainers and get inspiration from other users. It is an oasis of positivity in an otherwise wild world of fitness apps. Unlike other video programs, Daily Burn isn’t trying to get you to buy shakes, become a coach/MLM salesperson, or purchase overpriced protein powders. The very few times I’ve needed technical or account help, the Daily Burn staff has been VERY responsive.

The app is great! It has workouts for everyone. If you're just starting or if you're advanced. You can choose whatever you need. Do u wanna stretch or do carfio or lift weights? The videos are easy to follow and there's also different lengths. Even if it's just 5 min they can get your heart pumping if that's what you're looking for. Some are longer but less intense. It just depends on your needs and the time you have available.

I just got Daily Burn about a week ago and I'm just 3 days into their workouts. The amount of options they offer is incredible! There seems to be a program for everyone whether you're a beginner like myself or a master. Along with their programs they also do a daily 365, a new routine that comes out every morning at 9am live but they are available to stream at anytime after as well in case your schedule can't fit in the 9am (it's just not live) of all this I haven't even mentioned my favorite part yet. A Facebook group. It's amazing and supportive and a place you can go for questions and you actually get answers back from the community. Love-Love-LOVE this. I'm so glad I came across this program and hope it helps me to reach my goals 😊

It works if you use it. I am a just atarting staying to take it easy in order to build strength and stamina. You wouldn't think an easy 15 minute yoga video would be hard, but when you've done it in the morning for the past week and everything hurts, your body doesn't want to hold downward dog that long. My only complaint is it doesn't have Tai chi. Barre, pilates, yoga, dance exercises, things that use body weight and things that use dumbells and exercise equipment, but no Tai chi.

This app made me fall in love with working out all over again! The quality, the quantity and the variety of workouts is unlike anything I’ve seen before. There is every type of exercise and every level to choose from. The production quality is beyond amazing. If you love being in shape but have fallen into a rut, this app will change your life. I look forward to each session, knowing there’s a seemingly unlimited amount of challenging, fun workouts available. (I don’t work for this company but would probably try to if I were younger!) I’ve worked out in many places and along with many different videos—this one is a 10 out of 10! They have a 30-day free trial so you can see the wonderfulness for yourself.

Love Daily Burn. Been doing workouts with their team for over 4 years and couldn't be happier or recommend them more. However, both the website and app are extremely glitchy, which is so frustrating for a service I love. They have also started to develop some cool new services lately for running and yoga, but they are exclusive to folks with iPhones, which is also super frustrating, as I pay the same fee for the service iPhone users do but don't get a number of the benefits.

I love this app and the Facebook support group. I haven't exercised with regularity in qt years and I travel a lot for work. I started this for my birthday. At first I was a little intimidated by the pace of the daily burn routine, but then someone in the group suggested I try the True Beginner program. It’s an 8 week program that will allow me to work up to the daily burn. This is great!! I don't feel intimidated. I can tell it’s working because the muscles in my core are screaming! I have the iPad and iPhone apps installed on my phone and at home I use it with my Roku. It doesn’t take a lot of space, so I can do this in any hotel room. If I could bolster my courage, I do this at the airport too!

I don’t write many reviews but I can honestly say this app was great when I was motivated to use it for the first year and a half but after I got pregnant I lost my mojo. They have some good pregnancy workouts, it was more of a me thing. I forgot all about the app until it charged my account for my yearly subscription. I sent them an email and they cancelled my account and refunded my money. Seriously so helpful! I will reopen this account again when I am ready to get back on the bandwagon, my kids love working out with me too. Definitely worth the cost! Significantly less less than gym membership fees and can be done anywhere/anytime!!

  • Great content, lacks integrations and innovations Jun 12, 2021

    By williamli
Been with them on and off for 10 years. Their content is frequently updated and their apps allow contents to be filtered and searched easily. However, when compared to its competitors, Daily Burn lacks innovations and its apps do not integrate well with Apple Health. There is no way to track heart rates using Apple Watch (or any other tracking devices). Only the iPhone app can write records to Apple Health but the records are very generic. A 5 minutes meditation class is recorded as “interval training” just like other exercises. None of the workouts get recorded under the correct type. Activities on other platforms are not synced so your workouts in Apple TV / iPad / web are not recorded. There also lacks a way for users to review their previous workouts in the apps.

Got a 60 day free trial (would have been highly disappointed if I had paid money.) there are quite a lot of workouts, but they all seem to be the same thing! Not much variety at all, no low intensity specific workouts for older folks or people with injuries. Again, very limited variety for strength workouts using weights & only a few weight workouts for lower body?? A “45-50” minute workout is actually only around 30, cuz they spend the rest of the time talking about stuff I don’t want to hear! I just want to workout & I chose that one cuz I thought it would be longer. Nope. Much better workouts for all ages, intensities & time on utube. Would never purchase anything or recommend. Will delete when trials over
  • Charges Mar 23, 2021

    By Praneethreds
This app charges you on monthly using subscription services even though we remove subscription in iPhone . So, please be aware as we need to go to their website and cancel the subscription. Those who are not aware these people will keep on charging them every month without giving at least email or mobile notification that we will be billed even though we are not using their services. Coming to fitness programs, I’m really disappointed that the trainers perform the exercises at their pace and not even bothered about the people whether they are following or not or in simple way . Finally I had bad experience with this app and I never suggest this app for these 2 reasons . It’s really frustrating and very disappointed by their support as well .

I’m still on the free trial but I’m definitely happy to pay the $20 a month going forward! This app is awesome. So many workouts, new ones literally every day. The quality is really high and the instructors are lovely. I don’t know why anyone would complain about the fee- you pay a lot more than that for a gym that offers classes, and you can’t do them on your own schedule! I love that I can dance one day, do yoga the next, and do strength the next! I love that it comes with me on my laptop when I travel, or on my phone in the gym, OR I can use the app on my TV and have a big screen. Overall, awesome! Getting me back in shape and I’m having fun doing it. :)

I love me some Daily Burn! The app is great, and I love the variety of workouts that are available. I do wish they would add more to the LTF program though :) My only complaint is that the new workout tracker doesn’t seem to be working right. It doesn’t seem like it’s counting the first workout of the week. For example, I set my weekly goal at 4 days. I worked out on Monday and Tuesday, and it only counted the Tuesday workout. I can see that I completed two workouts so far, but it only counted one. Fix that, and add some more LTF workout, and I’ll be a happy girl!
  • It’s a great app and service but it has a couple of annoying bugs Apr 22, 2020

    By ZombieMovieFan
I use this app daily and I love the classes they Offer as the variety is killer. The only think holding me back from giving it five stars is the the app is a little buggy. Classes are not always counted and calories burned as well as minutes working out are not counted at times. Sometimes it delayed for an hour or two so I see it later in the day. I’m not sure what’s causing it. Besides the issues with the app itself the classes are great and it syncs to my google home super easy.

This app charges you on monthly using subscription services even though we remove subscription in iPhone . So, please be aware as we need to go to their website and cancel the subscription.
