Terrible Registration Process
more lessBeware! The website given on the back of the card indicates that it does not exist. I tried it on both a laptop and on a smartphone. This makes one very suspicious of the program.

more lessWhy do you keep rewarding with the most health fish reward cigarettes and Tabasco products ? Why can’t you just stick with food and drink can you please stop rewarding with Tabacco products ?

more lessTotally agree wit almost every post here. TurkeyHill has changed the Rewards Card 3 times in the last 4 years, and this one is by far the worst! I can only assume that all the personal information they are collecting will be sold for use elsewhere! I will no longer be shopping, or getting fuel at Turkey Hill!!!

The store locator is very tough to use. Once you select a store and go into the more info/map, backing out will send you back to the menu forcing you to search again. It's easier to just use Google. Only reason for 2 stars is the discount on fuel.. even that doesn't really matter anymore. Also there is no way to exit the application. Will revise to 5 stars when an exit button is added.

App is suddenly not showing gas station locations near me no matter what. I have put in my zip code, town, city, state, double checked to make sure I have location allowed in my settings which I do and always have. This has only just started within the last week. I also just tried updating the app to your most recent version but it didn't help. I cleared the cache, etc. Nothing works. I would like to be able to search gas station locations and see what their prices are.

It is essentially pointless for me as I'm not a tobacco user and it doesn't recognize the routing number for Chime for me to use the payment method version of the account. Get that fixed, and I will up my rating as I did use this app before I changed banks.

Have tried to take advantage of the smart pay rewards by buying qualifying items for the extra .10 cents off discounts. My last 3 transactions, 2 2 for $4.50 Gatorade and buy 3 mtn dew energy have to given me the discount. With gas prices rising getting every discount counts. Now I'm out 30 cents a gallon bc the app didn't applu it. Ugh.

Ridiculous contraction on gas nozzle. Cumberland seriously couldn't think of a better place to place the gloves instead you place it on the nozzle so people have to twist their hands And wrist getting hurt just to pump gas! I almost dropped the damn thing multiple times and then it leaked because I couldn't handle the nozzle it when I finished. If that's being kept on the nozzles I don't want gas from cumberlands anymore.

I've been using this app since the day it came out. Overall, it is an excellent and easy to use app and the Smartpay feature has easily save me over $500. That being said - the last month has been brutal. Using a new Pixel 3 - over the last moth or so it refused to shut the app down after use and would leave a white dot indicating its running all the time unless I forced it to stop. I decided to uninstall and reinstall the app to see if this fixed it. Answer - yes and no. the white dot indicating it was still running is now gone - BUT it is still running hot. Didn't know until it used up 13% of my battery running for 9 hours straight. Now I have to force it to be stopped after using it. What a pain! Version 3.3.0

Sloppily put together app. First version was good, but it went downhill in subsequent releases. Fingerprint id no longer works, no way to change the pin that I can find in settings. BTW, if you keep rejecting password for non- compliance, you could as well state your requirements RIGHT THERE, so we don't have to find out by trial and error. Sad that somebody got paid for this piece of garbage.

Is nice and easy to use IF you successfully set it up the first time and never run into any problems. However if you loose a card, or forget a pin, or need to reactivate an account... not so easy. While I understand security is important (which is extremely appreciated of course!), my busy schedule should also be taken into consideration and it should not take an act of Congress to get this up and running again. Have unenrolled and will be moving on, sad to say.

more lessGot gas one day and they took a couple days to take out the money from my account and me not realizing they still hadn’t took it out I was under by about 3 dollers and got an over draft fee of 25 for not having sufficient founds then again 3 days later another 25 so I called and asked what for, they weren’t helpful at all they couldn’t return my money or help out like during a pandemic you’d think they would alert you or something just recharged me so all my 3 years saving of 10 cents a gallon down the drain over 3 dollers like how are you going to charge someone 25 after not having sufficient funds thus also cause my banks draft fees doubling it to over $100 for total money lost. Also before charging the second 25 they had already put my card account on freeze so don’t know why they charged me again.( I figured if it’s late then I will at least get a couple days to get a check and pay it off since I also had whasted what I had on rent and bills but they didn’t help with anything thought company would be better always loved Cumberland since there old stores but lately not been impressed with anything
