Ok. So I’m playing cube escape the lake. The game is fun and I’m giving it 5 stars. However can someone help me? I’m at the part where you place the symbols on the tree that grew out of the table. I have 5 symbols. I have an apple, a shrimp shell, something that looks like a wheel and two diamonds. One blue and one green. However when I place the symbols on the tree it doesn’t work. I have the diagram to see what order to place them but it seems like I have a wrong symbol. Is that possible? When I watched the walkthrough it did not have two diamonds. It showed one diamond and something else. Am I missing a symbol that I can’t find? Anyone else have this issue? Thanks. FC.

I absolutely love these games. My mind just disappears into them. I often find myself whispering, "The lake needs memories..." As I pick up my phone to play. Great waste of time for anyone and much respect for the way it honors Twin Peaks without being tacky or played out while still maintaining a well thought out story. Bravo.

The Escape Cube series are underrated gems buried under cookie cutter games flooding the app store everyday. The story keeps you hooked with a Twin Peaks vibe as well as interesting puzzles that make you bend your brain a bit till you to get familiar with the Escape Cube/Rusty Lake mechanics. One of my favorite series now would recommend the premium series such as Rusty Lake Hotel as well as Rusty Lake roots. I haven’t tried the newer releases yet but plan on marathoning since I’ve found out today their planning a newer release hopefully soon. Hope they get more support and keep up with the amazing gameplay and plot

This was a short one, but a good one. It seems like a teaser between the first and third games, but one that is appreciated. It gives a first look at the lake, which is important later in the series.
  • Great story, but app is buggy May 15, 2016

I really enjoyed the first installment of Cube Escape (Seasons), but for some reason, I've run into multiple bugs in this one. The game sometimes crashes if you don't exit out to the main menu before taking a break. When you try to open the game again, hitting "continue" on the load screen results in a black screen. And I've run into a situation where an inventory item lands outside of a reserved space, rendering it inaccessible. The only way I've resolved these issues is by deleting and reinstalling the game (first bug) or resetting my progress in the current installation (second bug). Both are frustrating. I don't think this is part of the intended game play experience.

I love love love this game. ONLY thing I dislike about it is you can't "undo" an action if an item needs to be used in two different spots and you can't get it back. (Unless there is an option I don't know about)

I don’t really rate games often, but I have to in this circumstance. Every single one of these Rusty Lake games I have purchased has been incredible. These games are complex, beautifully done, and so much fun. They really get you thinking, but aren’t too hard to solve. There is no timer, no consequences for wrong guesses- just beautiful stories with great imagery. No ads or anything. I adore supporting this company for the fact that their games are just incredible. I highly HIGHLY recommend any game made by Rusty Lake.

I absolutely loved this! So at the end I noticed that you can... change the ENDING? YES! there's extra play on the Games everyone! So you can go back after you've completed the game and start over a whole new way?. As in Seasons I kept wondering why the clock wasn't being used when the hands move? Very nice touch guys! I'm actually enjoying these games so much. FYI; I'm 57; fairly new to the Gaming world but I've played many different types of games, and Rusty Lake Cube and Room series is by far the BEST!

I started playing a Rusty Lake games well over a year ago & loved them so much that in a short period I had bought every one they made. After completing them deleting them, I explored other point &click adventure developers. After a year I decided to re download many of the games and have been shockingly disappointed that most of the Cube Escape games now have cheesy and annoying ads that come up when you click on the setting icon (the cog or gear sprocket). Shame on you guys. If you need more $$ for you apps, start charging more, but don’t allow advertisers to put their garbage on a game that was already paid for a lonnngggg time ago.

Thank you for making them inventive, dark, addictive, and entertaining. When I start one, I can’t put it down until I finish. I’m glad you have the you tube walk throughs, though I try not to use them, you do get stuck sometimes. I prefer logic t o trial and error and most of the puzzles can be logic’d. Thank you, I can’t wait for another one. I wish you would do more after quests, like in roots, I really enjoyed going back for more!

This was probably the most disappointing one of all the Cube Escape games for me. Easiest and WAAAAAYYY short, and the ending was meh. Only have The Mill unplayed at this point.

Great 2nd outing! This atmospheric escape room is immersive and fun with just enough mystery and intrigue yo keep you interested but not frustrated. This one is shorter than the first (Seasons) but overall their puzzles make sense, and controls are easy. There is one particular puzzle that references certain symbols near the end of the game, and in my opinion the clue requires a leap of logic to figure out how to interpret those symbols. Overall good game though. Gonna play the rest.

Good time, a little goofy as one of the puzzles had no hint and made no sense. Had to look it up.

Not my favorite in the series, but it is still a good puzzle game. It was more on the short side, and it had a certain action that needed to be done several times (which felt too repetitive). Good, but not my favorite from them.

I’m currently playing through the whole series of these. This is the shortest I’ve come across so far (out of seasons, theater, cave, samsara room). I found it to be fun and challenging. I probably would have rated this five star, we’re I not comparing to the others, which have all been lengthy and amazing! Still a great game.

Didn't know this was a series... I've played most of the other Cube Escape games already. Just a suggestion... Maybe number each game in order for players to play them in a row. This game was short but sweet.

It was good. The gameplay was simple and intriguing but it was very short. I finished it in less than five minutes while Seasons took me a lot longer. I like that it gives slight hints about Seasons but it could’ve been a bit longer. Good game though.

Though it is a great game it was too short every other game was longer this was really easy and I wish it was more difficult

Good, but am confused about order these should be played. This was apparently the first, but a puzzle reqd a code from a different cube game. I had to look up soln to know that. How can you know that if you don't know the order?
