  • Great game, more Arles... Jun 8, 2019

    By Czech-it-out!
I’m playing these in order, so this is my third game in the series, and it was an absolute winner. Amazingly, I got through it quicker than the first two, and without any hints, so maybe I’m getting more of a feel for the Rusty Lake. The puzzles were terrific and well thought-out, some of them being uniquely bizarre but horrifically engrossing. The painting was a nice “touch”, and the last puzzle was worth the “weight”. I really like the weirdness of the storyline, too. It makes me wonder what the heck I’m getting into next. Speaking of... I better go ahead and download the next one. It’ll certainly give me something to look forward (and maybe backward) to.🤪

Very short, much shorter than usual but still fun and intriguing. Once again I absolutely love playing these games and am ready to begin the next one!! I have literally gone through and downloaded them all at once and just picked one to start with and once I finish that one I start another lol. Im not doing them in order but even so I am having a blast playing them!!

Awesome game! I wish I could say it only took me minutes to complete the game but it took me over two hours! I’m an intermediate player but this game made me feel like a beginner several times. The puzzles are very well thought out and thinking outside the box is mandatory. The graphics are excellent and there were no glitches while playing. I didn’t even have any advertisements pop up while playing- and I had a free download game! Hints are available online but I’m too proud to cheat...what’s the fun in that? The developers put a lot of time and thought into this game!! Thank you so much! Going to see what else you have available.

Each one tells a story. This one is lighter than the others I have played so far, a nice homage that demands (as each one does) attention to details in each frame to complete. Love, love, love your ethos, Rusty Lake.
  • Best escape series. Not exaggerating. Jan 7, 2021

I’m totally obsessed with escape games. I played the original Crimson Room and never stopped. This is the best series I’ve every played. No contest. The stories are creepy, disturbing, and captivating. The puzzles are clever and challenging, especially in Hotel and Paradise. The White Door was fantastic, as well. I’m going to copy/paste this review on all the Rusty Lake games I’ve played so far. About 10 of them. I’m so hooked, I’m behind on my work. So worth it.

Good enough for a short game. Really liked the painting aspect & tie to art works. I appreciate your effort. Thank you.
  • Decent yet short puzzler. Jun 29, 2015

    By Seiya_Senshi
Maybe I have way too much experience with this kind of puzzler, but I was able to solve it in a matter of minutes. Subtle clues were well placed, with minimal frustration points. The artwork is excellent. Some of the puzzles were a bit obvious, and one of what should have been the most complex solves is possible with brute force trial and error in short time. Overall, a good mental workout for what is available.

Definitely less scary :'D!!!! Kinda short but is cool, although I couldn't find some answer for the puzzles so I use hints, I probably miss something in the way XDDD

So short! I really enjoyed it, though. Quite challenging, as always!

Another great game in the series! I broke my head to get the "Rusty Lake Hotel" achievement, until I found out I couldn't figure it out in-game as it's a reference to their game of the same name.

Unreasonably difficult, this was my 5th or 6th cube, some parts of the puzzle is not really a puzzle and no way to figure out how unless watching the video. The whole ear cutting and bottles, scale and the black cube makes zero sense.

It was good till the end. Never got the gun after the scale door was solved.
