    Love all of the continued innovation, but I would love to see a few improvements such as more data on the Inventory pages (currently as MPG, but other stuff like Towing Capacity, Factory/PIO/DIO Packages, etc. would be AWESOME… similar to a webpage VDP) and auto-sense and capturing the front of the license just like it auto-captures the Barcodes. Keep up the innovation!

    Guys, this is a beautiful app. After struggling with the Sales app for so long this is a much needed improvement! Can’t tell you how pumped the guys in our dealership are to finally find this app. It flows well, it’s intuitive and feels like the desktop but on the go! Well done

    Great UI and faster load times than the old app. Only issue I have is that when scanning a Driver's License, the photo always comes out blurry, tried cleaning my camera lens, different distances from the license, and different lighting, all still results in blurry photos.

    This app makes selling cars harder. Too many glitches, but mainly hides phone numbers from me that I input!! The old app was much better! So frustrating, any company considering this platform, don't hinder your employees with this glitchy, annoying, USELESS app!

    I use this app primarily for mobile internet lead follow up and it’s very difficult to navigate, inconsistent and often glitches out and is unresponsive where I have to kill the app and reopen it. When I open a new lead opportunity, the most important thing for me is to be able to immediately see the actual lead information submitted, what kind of info the customer is requesting such as price request, test drive, etc and also any notes or messages they wrote. That way I know how to respond appropriately to the inquiry. CRM makes it extremely convoluted to find this info quickly and isn’t always consistent in how it’s found. This makes it my response time that much slower. Also, this app wants you to confirm that you’ve contacted the customer before allowing you to close out the lead and stop The clock. When I’m the only internet manager on duty in the store, this makes it difficult when I have quickly stop the clock while on a test drive or interacting with in-person client.

    Notifications come in hours after they actually happen. And then don't show in the app. Half of the features don't work, and the ones that do don't work well. Somehow the updated app is worse than the legacy one.

    This app appears clean and it certainly does look nicer than the old sales app. However, it has considerably less capability than the original sales app. We are paying the same for our dealer socket services while they are slowly removing functionality and features from their products. We operate 4 dealerships in 2 states and their CRM is nearly unusable. Even when you call support they will tell you that they know it doesn’t have all of the same features and it most likely won’t moving forward. What a terrible product. Your company should be embarrassed and ashamed for such a terrible product.

    Our dealership has been using Dealersocket as our CRM system for many years. The older app I preferred because I never had trouble scanning the drivers license. With the new app, I always get an error when trying to scan and it never goes through. What could be the issue here? I’ve deleted the app and installed it again but it is still not scanning. My software is updated as well. Idk what else to do. It doesn’t work for me but it works for my other coworkers.

    Love the interface of the new app. Certain task have become easier but accessing important information on the go has become more difficult. Would like to be able to see customers who have visited or went through other sales steps not just a number. The tabs that do claim to show customer information always end up empty. Checking on other employees work is also more difficult with the new app.

    I'm very disappointed with how this app works. I miss the older version it worked seamlessly and much better. Everytime I go to enter my customers info on a New Up and it's all filled out it doesn't let me save it then all the spaces say Null and it's quite frustrating!!!! Now the app logged me out and is asking me to log in but ironically it won't let me, this is causing me issues ag work that I can't be having. Never had these issues with the older version!!

    Has trouble with ID pictures on android. Also under inventory its listing all the cars with wrong photos and cars that where sold years ago. Never had this problem with the old app. And yet we are going to be forced to use the new app may 1st 2021 get it together.

    Why release if its not ready? Will not capture images of driver licenses. Scans the back then says fail everytime you try to take a picture of the license.

    It makes ZERO sense that a sales person can’t access their sold units. One can see how many they sold, but forget trying to see the actual customer’s name and profile on the Reporting page under SOLD UNITS! It takes 2 to 3 extra steps to access the most basic information in this app (if you are actually able to access it). Just why…..WHY take basic user functions and make it into an “Escape Room” type experience.

    Every time I try to make a call through this app it says "Phone calling not supported by device." I'm using a Pixel 4 XL and it worked just fine a few weeks ago but now it doesn't work.

    I wish they would of left the other alone, this new app is so confusing when you click on the notifications it opens up a email page that has nothing to do with the customer your on. Not user friendly very slow also one you try to complete a entity I timed it and it took 1.45min for the screen to go back to continue working… just bring the old app back please!!!!!!!

    Everytime I open an email it brings up an older email or it is blank. Have to continuously click on the email to finally get it to show. Android user. Old app was way better
