This app is uniquely terrible. I'm logged in, but I cannot access the content. Every time I try, it takes me to a page to repurchase the cards. Do not buy this app!

Charged My Card But Gives No Access
I’ve purchased the cards and purchased the app access (which I am not regretting). However, despite numerous exchanges with a customer representative (who has now ceased to respond to my messages) I cannot access the full set of cards on app. They insinuate that I must not be logging in or I’m doing something wrong. Fact is, I paid for a good and service and received neither. I’m trying to study and use this app because it’s convenient and necessary for the times I cannot bring my box of cards with me to work. This is unacceptable and I hope this will be fixed. The layout of the app itself and the content is worthy of 4 stars but the customer service and actual accessibility of the app is 0. If this is actually remedied I will update the review. Otherwise, go elsewhere for your studying needs. -

Missing obvious, easy to implement features.
The cards have too much information on the back of them to make them truly useful as a flash card. So, the quiz me function, which breaks the cards down and asks me questions about them, should help, right? NO. You can’t get the app to quiz you on only your problem areas. So, for example, if I’m having a hard time with foreclosure and mortgage rules for property on the bar exam, I can’t make the quiz me function only ask me questions on those subjects. I have to be quizzed on every subject in property law, which is hundreds of questions. This ruined the app for me. Without this function, I only use the app for quick reference because the cards have too much info on the back.

The cards have too much information on the back of them to make them truly useful as a flash card. So, the quiz me function, which breaks the cards down and asks me questions about them, should help, right? NO. You can’t get the app to quiz you on only your problem areas. 1. Bugs. Flashcards appear blank when you temporarily turn off the screen, minimize the app or open another app. 2. The resolution of the text is unbelievably low which makes it very difficult to read. 3. Margins are really overwhelming. Lots of screen space is wasted. 4. Very slow and unresponsive.

too many typos but good contents
I found so many typos since they updated recently. please correct them ASAP. -
The content is satisfactory but bugs appear all the time. The flashcards become blank after the screen is temporarily turned off. The text resolution is very poor making it very difficult to read.

Critical Pass App for iPad
I searched EVERYWHERE before buying the app to confirm that the app would have the new Civil Procedure section. The only place I could find info was on the BLOG, which stated the app would have the Civ Pro section on the app as of October, 2014. MUCH TO MY DISAPPOINTMENT, there is no Civ Pro section on the app! Additionally, when trying to type notes in the note section, my notes are NOT saving, just as many other reviewers have complained of. I thought this issue would have been resolved, but it has NOT been. When I contacted the company, all they said was to check my software. Really? I only purchased the app yesterday, and I made sure I updated my iPad software before downloading the Critical Pass app, so, they were of ZERO assistance. I wish I had not purchased the software and had purchased the physical cards, because then I would have the Civ Pro section. I was told I would receive the Civ Pro section in 3-4 weeks… that’s not acceptable as I have to study for the bar NOW! Not in 3-4 weeks. Very disappointing.

A terrible excuse for an app. This is a buggy iOS port that shows flash cards in .jpg format. This format does not adjust for screen size or ratio. On my 18:9 phone everything is extraordinarily skewed. I understand that people are paying for content, but the presentation of said content is borderline unusable. Critical Pass critically failed on their Android app.
