It's fun I like it's different locations of different places and the story I love not into a lot of the three match levels on most locations but over all I'm hooked

I would rate 5 star but the game has been freezing up on me and then shutting down completely, however I can’t say for sure if it’s the game or my phone that is the actual issue. Also, I’m not sure I love the fact that you’re only offered the “match-3” option for certain scenes. I really like searching the scenes much better so I’d much rather have this as an option in all of the scenes! Otherwise, the graphics are awesome as always, the content is great, the difficulty level is on par with the type of game this is, and the new scenes and cases are well thought out and executed! Overall great new game from G5 and would definitely recommend to friends, especially all friends that enjoy seek and find type games!! -
Too many Match 3 scenes
This looks and plays like Homicide Squad: New York Mysteries except there are mostly match 3 scenes. In HS, each location is a different hidden object scene but there is a choice of playing it in Match 3 mode whereas this game’s locations switch from match 3 to hidden object randomly. I’m hoping since this game is new the developers will give the option of match 3 or hidden object like the original because it’s too much Match 3 for me. The first couple scenes were all hidden object but now every single task has been Match 3 and opening new locations just opens more Match 3 rounds. I’ve been hoping for more games like HS because I LOVE that game and have spent years playing it but am out of new levels and only play events now but while this looks exactly the same, it’s going to need some tweaks for me to want to keep playing it. Obviously I’d like an option of playing hidden object instead of match 3 but I’d be open to playing more match 3 rounds IF there were easy ways to get power-ups instead of using gems. Also, since this game is SO similar to HS, I’d love to be able to link my games so I’m not starting completely from scratch but I understand that may not be possible. I think this has potential and am looking forward to seeing where it goes. -
Very interesting game with nice story line, great interface and graphics. But fewer lives, thereby hindering the enjoyment. I will be glad if future updates, will come with increased lives, so as to keep the flow of the game. This i think will make the game more enjoyable. Outside the observation of few lives, it is a game i will recommend for mature minds. Thumbs up developers. Nice job!

I like this game but...
I still give it five stars. But why can’t game companies make games that have actual spoken words. The gameplay is excellent. The graphics are excellent. The storyline is excellent. But you have to read it all. And it has some comical conversation etc. and it would be wonderful to actually hear voices. When I first started playing games years ago I thought in the year 2020 we would definitely be playing games that actually talk. I know there are games out there that do that but this is a great game. It could just be so much better with real conversation rather than reading every single thing. It’s not that I mind reading it just would add so much to the game. It would make it so lifelike.

I like this game but...

I stared playing about 3 CV days ago and am so hook, cause is different. For example I REALLY LIKE THAT U CAN CHOOSE BETWEEN MATCH OR SEARCH. I WOULD LOVE FOR U TO DO MORE LIKE THAT BUT FOR THE GAMES THAT WE DO THE MAKEOVER IN THE HOUSE, HOTELS ECT,,, THANK U

I love the game but it's been extremely difficult to sign in onto my previous account. I have tried everything uninstall reinstalling. Changing my email and starting all over again so I just play without saving my game.

Great game!
I love this game and the way it plays. I don’t think we need to hear dialogue. It might slow the game down. I love the characters, especially Blunt. I also play Homicide Squad so it’s cool to have both an East coast and West coast game. Thank you for making this game! It’s GREAT!!

Love it so far just wish it would let me sign into my Facebook account it keeps saying that it's not available. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. It keeps saying that it's unable to login to my Facebook account to check back later. I checked back a few times and still saying the same thing. Thank you for getting back to me

Great game but one improvement
I really like the game because it is similar to Homicide Squad and you have a match 3 game more often! I don’t mean to be rude but is there any way you could give an indication as to when the next “emergency” will be available? The reason is that some assemblers are only available in emergencies. Thank you for creating this game and keeping everyone entertained during quarantine. -
The game keep dropping. It won't let me play. Have uninstalled it and then reinstalled it and it keep doing it. I really want to play it so can you please help

Not a bad game. I was under the impression that it was a search game, though, when it is predominantly a match-3 game, which was a little irritating, as I prefer the former. My only real issue, though, is that when I installed it on my phone it would not allow me to log into the game already started on my computer, but instead forced me to go through the tutorial again. It should be possible to log in right from the start, or exit the tutorial for people who don't need it.

Super FUN but.....
The hardest thing I’ve come across so far is if there’s moves left over from a Match3 game we should get power ups... AND... we should be able to buy more power ups with the cash we earn playing the games... energy is obviously the hot commodity and each level takes HUGE amounts and we can only play 3-5 levels before we run out and diamonds is something I won’t pay for they should also be earned, not just by leveling up. LOVE G5 games but sometimes it’s hard to play from lack of “energy” needed....AND it makes it very hard to enjoy this game when you’re stuck on a level for over a week! I’m only on the 2nd Investigation and I’m getting very frustrated! -
Don’t bother
The game is matching. Very, very little hidden objects. After you solve a few cases it gets ridiculous to solve a matching puzzle. You can purchase most of the necessary items if you want to give up on trying to solve a puzzle. I’ve been on the same 2 puzzles for 3 days. Almost impossible to complete without help. Well, I’m not here to spend what little money I have on buying what you have to offer. After today I delete the app and move on. Wasted my time on what I thought would be a fun game. BTW, I know the pat response, rest assured my response will be forwarded to the correct people. Bla, bla, bla. BS -
It stops and freezes I was enjoy playing but it not working very disappointed can you fix it
