Bad to the point that it is not useable. Crestron team, how can you release such a pathetic app? Also I have not seen an update in the year I have had the app.

The app disconnects from the control system after a short time of running. The only way to get it to reconnect is to force stop the app then restart it. Crestron needs to address this issue. Probably has something to do with Samsung's SPCM killing the Adobe AIR app. Crestron needs to write this app using captive runtime. You can't even get Adobe AIR from the Playstore anymore. This is 100%, a problem on Crestrons end.

App only works if you have Adobe Air installed, which is not available on Play Store anymore. There are some workarounds for this by installing Adobe Air directly from the APK file from Adobe website, but the lack of instruction and support from Crestron itself for a issue that probably affects half of their user base is baffling.

WHEN the app works, it works well. But it is an unstable and fickle app. For the price of Crestron systems, this app should be beautiful and bulletproof, on both iOS and Android platforms.
