I thought I might give it another try but had to start over from the beginning. So much for being able save your progress. I really enjoyed playing this game to begin with. It was easy but not too easy. I play games to relax not to be challenged to the point of frustration. I get enough of that in real life. I don't want levels that take me a week to win because your algorithm is set to lose. There's hard and then there's ridiculous. And your airships take two days to get back so just say that!

If you're reading this and wondering about the game don't get it. It's cancerously frustrating as you get further along. Too impossible to clear any levels. Without spending money it'll take like 20 tries or more just for one level. Don't get it. Waste. Of. Time.

I used to love playing this game. Now I have decided to stop playing after completing more than 4000 levels. Having to wait more than a day for power ups to recharge and time levels of around 10 minutes being given for boosters ( equivalent to playing 2 levels) I no longer enjoy it. It's all about advertising and buying packs.

This is my third, and probably final, review. Game takes several minutes to load, the pirate bounty and bonus boosters have now been removed, the new events are only passable if you spend money, and the game crashes frequently. Don't bother contacting support because they'll just tell you to reinstall or reboot. Pointless. It's time to find a new and similar game. This one isn't even fun anymore.

Totally different game on my tablet to what it has become on my desk top computer. A complete and utter, money ripping con, though, on either with no sense of responsibility taken by the game for the possibility of gaming addiction. No rules, no regulations. Nothing. It's like: "You keep playing and paying us and we'll let you." Needs to be renamed Con Jam Blast. 😬😭😨😖 Edited to add: * I now can't play this game at all on my tablet; * lost levels on my desktop; * Agree, it's a Cash Cow😤😠

Customer Service
I love this game and did not mind paying for coins; but when I recently bought some coins the game froze and I did not receive the coins I purchased. I was charged and sent an email to their customer service; at first I got a response asking for my gamer ID and a description of the issue. I sent all the information over and received another email stating they now needed screenshots of my receipt to prove I was charged. No problem sent that over and waited. Afterwords the asked for a screenshot of my gamer ID; which I sent at the beginning. I sent it over again & received a response stating they needed my Facebook ID; which in the screenshot I sent you could clearly see I did not have it linked. Since I no longer use Facebook and had them respond stating unless I had one they could not help me get the coins I never received but paid for. I was done after that and feel it's crazy I need to create and link Facebook just to get the coins I never got. It should have been stated from the beginning instead of the back & forth just to be dismissed. -
I love the original cookie jam blast but its starting to get REALLY ANNOYING! The game takes FOREVER to load, the game shuts down in the middle of a game, it will freeze and I'm missing out on my free boosters, ingredients, so forth. I have played this game everyday close to a year, but if it doesn't get to working any better I'm going to find another one. It would be disappointing but its just to aggravating to play this game right now and has been for awhile now. I've waited it out long enough

extremely frustrating. At any time, a feature that you're used to will disappear. One day, you have daily specials and the next day it's gone. Or the extra boosters will disappear. Although jam City support has told me that you can get through every level without extra boosters this is a fallacy and complete lie. going to delete very soon. As soon as I expand all the extra boosters and coins that I have bought and paid for, DELETE. NEVER going to play jam city games again
