It’s hard to go to doctor visits for a rash, cough, bug bite etc. With the app everything is so much easier I set up virtual visits. Get medications I need. Update kid’s profiles. Answer questions before the anual doctor visit. Best thing ever i can go back and look at the growth chart and the test results, and also ask questions to doctors or nurses. I love I can check when they’re next visit is. As a busy mom this is an amazing app. Thank you cooks! more -

I took my son to one of Cooks urgent care clinics once and waited 2 hours in my car! I got frustrated, left, and ended up calling to cancel my sign in. They told me about the app and how to schedule a virtual appt. In less than 30 minutes I got a call and a prescription, all from the comfort of my couch. It truly is an awesome app! more -

I think this is one of the most important uses because for parents is really easy to check time for appointment available, location, especially on weekends or late weekdays. more -

My internet connection is fine [175 mbps] however, the error comes up too fast for a connection attempt. It appears the app is offline altogether. I'm able to login on the website without issue. more -
Not As Convenience As Claim
Oct 24, 2019 By ChildAgainYou’re not able to print or share (ex: text, email, etc) anything from the app. I requested a doctor note for my son’s school via the app. The doctor office sent a letter back. Unfortunately all I’m able to do is view it when using the app. The app currently doesn’t allow you to send a copy to the school. In order to do so, I had to log in from a pc and print a copy from there. Of course after changing passwords because the app allows me to use fingerprint or face recognition to log in. Overall, I might has we’ll continue to call the doctor office for all my needs. more -

What’s Groovy
I am from Mississippi and believe me walking in Dr Hameltons office and the nice words and comforting words we received even made my 12 and 11 year old say wow this is different . The best doctors and there clean and are the best at making kids comfortable in office and reassuring parents there checking for everything. We come from a family with auto immunes . SLE lupus and Sjorens and my son has been staying sick . Dr Hamelton has been wonderful at testing and working really hard to see what specialist he will be needing . I give them more than 5 stars .
