Best thing to happen to restoration documentation ever. Makes documenting and labeling the easiest part of the job. Before and after feature is amazing for people than enjoy the after shots. Features that allow you to creat and beautiful time stamped document with photos notes and even videos that can be sent through email to adjusters! Oh yea and customer service is next level, personal regular emails and if you need help figuring out how to share photos they will contact you back immediately no computers or automated responses. The future is bright with this!

I think eventually I will give 5 stars, I just haven't used it long enough. So far it seems VERY useful, and has been useful so far. I haven't encountered any issues or difficulties, it's very easy to use and intuitive. I'll edit my review in about a month.

Great place to keep job photos organized. I’m a Roofer. I keep track of all my past and current repair jobs, full roof replacements, and roof inspections. It’s easy to quickly see when photos were taken, upload photos instantly or even months later from your phone and the app keeps everything in chronological order. You can make pdf photo reports via the web portal. Hopefully soon from mobile phones. Send photos links of selected photos to customers and sub contractors. You can annotate on the photos you share as well. I subscribe to the pro version to take 30sec saved videos. Which comes in handy when sharing inspection thoughts and recommendations to my customers remotely. There are lots of other team features but I’m solo. It’s great for me.

For my application (little play on words) as a construction field inspector, this app really fits my need. I take a lot of pictures in completing my inspection assignments and the app provides a customizable format for the assembly. Moreover, rearranging the pictures for proper sequence is very easy. There are many tools in this app that I can tweak, adjust, and add additional verbiage to enhance my presentations. So, what ever you use this type of app for... you can’t go wrong. So far the app works great. I am looking into other options recently. My problem is I need to either sync it with our cloud, we use one drive, or easily download photos to those folders. In order to download images you have to email yourself a link and then that link leads to a zip file. As more pictures are added for each job its hard to keep track of what is in and isn't already in our job folders doing this. It's their way of making you keep your photos only on their server. Shame.

Our office has over 20 employees and with company cam our technicians are able to instantly get photos, videos and notes back to the office within seconds of doing inspections in homes every single day. The phone app is so easy to use and just as wonderful on a desktop version. Our company loves Company Cam and will be using it for years to come!

I had asked them several times. They need a field in the customer info section for the contractor to put the homeowners phone number and email address The address line is great I can look up the job Then tap the address line which then goes directly to my maps But it’s frustrating that there is no place to place the phone number that when I tap the number it should make the call I presently store the homeowners phone number in notes on their app and then I have to copy and paste it this is not cool I’m hoping this post makes them change

Used to love this app until app functionality deteriorated into extremely long lags. Photos often don't upload period and end up in 'upload status' page, but don't automatically load when you re-enter a good service area or even Wifi. You have to manually click each pending photo in order to upload. Spoke to support and they suggested deleting and re-installing. Zero effect. This app has gone to trash and I'm deleting it permanently today.

App seems awesome to share photos. Unlimited storage is awesome. However I have a bunch of part time people and contractors or even consultants that I would love to use this app for if I send them out to look at a job. However at $20 a user it is not practical since some users may only use it once a month wish there just was a per photo fee or something. We set up a NAS that people upload to for a lot less or just send pics through email.

Way too many negative reviews regarding the app bring slow, buggy, and crashes. Sadly, with many excellent ideas for apps, execution is lacking. A phenomenal idea. Kudos to the entrepreneur. #1 App needs to be fixed, obviously still has issues. #2 pricing structure is out of whack. I own a small, growing business, & 19/month, per user is too much Please offer a middle tier, in between 'free' and 'pro' which offers the same basic service without the extras like video, integrations and API

Buggie program and for the most part the serious bugs dont get fixed with each revision. The last revision presented a new pretty face with menu items moved to unfamiliar locations, but the same bugs. For instance, all to often when taking a picture, the is a substantial delay between hitting the shutter button and when the actual picture is taken. The delay can be substantial and if you move the phone too soon you get another blurry picture.

This is a cool app with great features. However it is not free! I was bombarded with attempts to monitize their service which is what drives the app. Please be more up front about your pricing and don't bait and switch when we are looking for a solution. It is disruptive to the solution engineering process.

Easily the worst app I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My company had paid for the service after being sold on marketing wank so we tried our best to utilize it. This app refuses to work, if you rely on photos to get paid on contracts, LOOK ELSEWHERE, we have lost out on entire jobs because the photos would just vanish. Other times it would show up as “Atlantis”. Terrible, just terrible. A complete and utter flop. This app cost the company THOUSANDS of dollars a year. A dozen tech x hour of trying to get the app to work (daily) = ALOT of lost revenue. We never once had problems just sending photos in an email to our gmail account. Don’t buy the marketing wank, set up a gmail, have techs email all the photos directly from their phones and be done with it.

The app keeps crashing or plays up (freezes/blurry screen) and I have to keep closing app down completely and then reopen to mainly experience all that again multiple times in a row, must be an app mainly aimed at Apple devices. It is so frustrating when it only seems to crash when I need to use it. I have even deleted app and then downloaded it again. How is anyone suppose to work confidently with this app and how would anyone know if it is secure enough if this is the case.

The old version of the app was very user friendly and made it very easy to find recent projects but the new update seems to put the projects in no particular order which is a big headache. Very disappointed that you can choose how you want to sort the projects. I really like CompanyCam but the new app isn’t up to par. Hopefully a new update will come soon than later....

My team and myself absolutely love this app. My sales team can take a picture while standing on a roof and I can see it instantly on my desktop sitting in the office. Any questions they have they can take pictures and me and the supervisors can look at it immediately and answer them while they are still at location. We also love the fact that all photos are time-stamped. We also like the fact that the photos taken do not stay on your phone they go immediately to the cloud so it does not take up space on your device. I highly recommend this to every contractor. Good work guys keep up the good job.

Have been using the app for a little over a year and a half now. It has good picture taking capabilities and project feed works well. A few enhancements could better it but over all pretty satisfied. Our crews are in cellular remote situations and we have problems with the pictures feeding up to the cloud every once in a while but works great!

Great program we use in our company. My only issue, which for my line of work is annoying is not being able to take advantage of the iphones zoom out feature. I’m always having to step back to get a full image of our project. Please update this.

App seems to have trouble loading projects. Sometimes need to refresh the screen or close the app depending on the device. Sometimes can put the address in multiple times when searching through projects and it blinks the address but will not pull it up. Must go to search to find the address and be able to actually navigate to it.

The idea and the attempt is aiming for the correct target but it's time to start looking for an alternative. A batch of twenty job for photos often takes with it exaggeration 72 hours to upload. Once uploaded the app is perfect, but consistently regularly The contractors project is complete before the job pictures upload. I'm sure server space and band width is the problem but that can be solved. Losing lots customers is difficult to comeback from. Good luck Company Cam .

Loved this app and subscribed 10 users to do building assrements for commercial clients all over the country. Function was good although report features were lacking the ability to create a professional looking report but it was adequate and we understand its just an app. After the last upgrade it has become almost unusable and producing a professinal looking report is impossible. Looking for a fast replacement to finish our project
