    It really eliminates the headache of having to write all the words of your preferred addresses both pickup and destination locations, faster than the old one. Besides having a user-friendly interface, the graphics and design stands out from the previous app. It would be Better if location will be more accurate for checking the location of the taxi but then I would rate it 5 star for over all performance. - Patrick John

    Looks beautiful and the added functionality is awesome. So much more convenient to book a cab now. Just needs a couple of taps as compared to all that typing before!

    But after some initial crashes now the new up works so far. One problem: As long as current t booking not picked up, cannot book next taxi for Friend. I cannot see how to go back to main menus while booking in place / driver on the way. How?

    App just updated and then I tried to open it. All I get is a message that says โ€œErrorโ€. Very annoying. Guess I need to use Grab. Their updates donโ€™t have these problems. New releases should not be pushed out without testing.

    Actually a really great app experience. Have dipped my toes in and out of the various versions of the CDG app and this one - at long last - is smooth, user friendly, easy to navigate, and straightforward. Was also very impressed with how easy it is to pay for street hail using the app! Finally, an easy way to make fuss free electronic payments for a CDG taxi without any of the fuss of waiting for network and approval at the end of a ride - seamless and easy. Great work!

    Did you upgrade the app recently? The app is very unreliable right now. Keep giving me server error or slow Internet connection notice. I tried other apps like grab and I don't have any issue. ComtorfDelGro used to be my most used app for cab booking. Now it is just useless and reliable.

    App is unreliable... 1.Taxi driver are not able to accept my credit card payment due to some glitch multiple time. Had to waste my time to call the cs. 2.Cant book during peak hours as app kept prompting slow internet.. unable to compete with other platform like grab and gojek..

    This app was usually reliable for me. Then one day in an urgent need to get somewhere I open the app and it just won't connect and pick up any addresses. Migrating to Grab now.. no point in using an app you can't rely on when in a hurry.

    Try to use the $5 off promo for using this app first time. Driver do not know what QR code to scan. Unable to use the voucher. Had to pay in NETS instead.

    This new version should have stayed in development until bugs worked out. I have been using the old app for a with no major issues. The new app has nice interface but the main problem is you can't enter the destination. I have tried entering many different destinations and can't find most of them which means you can't order a taxi. The old app used to have a free text option so you could type in destination. This new app can't even find hotels on Orchard Road. Either it should have a free text destination option or get a new map provider. Current one is terrible. I'm now using Uber out of frustration with this app.

    Worst app ever. Used 2 times and never used again. Driver I booked was also rude and despite him being in the wrong. Driver then cancelled the trip and no history so you can make report to them. Stay clear and just use Grab or Gojek.

    App is not dependable. I get server error notifications often. Esp during peak hours. Users of this app is encouraged to have backup alternative ride hailing apps coz this app might fail you when you need a ride urgently.

    Please go back to the old app. The new app never gets my location right when I am at home and I canโ€™t figure out how to find the favorites where Iโ€™ve already stored my home address. Once Iโ€™ve booked a taxi it seems impossible to easily track the taxi now. Happy to help you improve your old app, but this app has meant Iโ€™ve used Grab several times since the update after using Grab maybe once a year previously. Finally found the favorites... all my meticulously created favorites that made my booking Comfort quick and easy are gone? Really? Who is responsible for this destruction of the loyal customer experience?

    Waited for 7 minutes to process a booking. Seemed long so cancelled & was going to rebook but when I tried to rebook, it said I had a booking in process. Closed app and reopened, and it was processing the cancelled booking. I cancelled again, confirmed the cancellation again & tried to rebook. Again, I had an existing booking in process. Shut my phone off & restarted. The original cancelled booking was still there. Then the app says I have a driver but after 5 minutes driver is still in the same place. I called and no answer. Then my driver literally disappears and my screen is back to the EMPTY booking screen. Late for work of course!!! ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

    Iโ€™m trying to stay positive and see the light of this...but you either do not care or youโ€™re so myopic to hear what your customers have been telling since you downgraded your app to whatever this is...one that only serves to frustrate and irk your customers who have stayed loyal and supportive of your drivers. Iโ€™m afraid your non-responsiveness is regarded as dismissive... and I will prefer to start using Gojek given how well thought out and easy to use their app is. And unless you can either bring back the old app or provide us with a much better user experience ASAP, Iโ€™m afraid that Gojek will get most of my business.

    App is not dependable. I get server error notifications often. Esp during peak hours. Users of this app is encouraged to have backup alternative ride hailing apps coz this app might fail you when you need a ride urgently.

    New app is a big step backwards. Navigation is difficult for example getting back to the main menu once a booking is confirmed. My credit card and favorites all info had to be re entered. The ads at the bottom are extremely annoying. Sometimes leave good enough alone and donโ€™t try to be clever. Will likely switch to grab simply because the app is more intuitive.

    It works ok when you figure it out but the location/map tech and display is awful. Someone needs to look at this app from a usability perspective. I find that comfort drivers are, on the whole, better than most, but the world is changing and transport apps are a reflection of the company. It boils down to laziness on the part of Delgro and whoever they have developing their app. Itโ€™s an affront to loyal riders.

    App reports slow internet connection on 5th July 2021. App refused to work. Taxi driver uncle's also complaining app not working when needed the most. This occurence seems to be more frequent since last week.
