    Overall experience is fine. There should be an option for additional location to minimise inconvenience to both driver and passenger. Simple logic but option does not exist. Edit: Customer service is excellent with prompt response and in play store as well. Please keep up the good work. I rather use Comfort Delgro rather than private hire.

    The more taxi apps in the market the less chance of monopolising the taxi booking prices. When I book taxi rides I noticed that comfort app usually gives better fare prices than Grab & Gojek. Keep it up! However focus more on the map pinpointing features.

    room for improvement. too much advertising pop ups. payment methods unstable as well. on/off having the "500 internal server error" which is irritating especially when u need to book urgently.

    Convenient to use especially the cashless payment mode. Experienced one time the comfort ride is cheaper than the usual taxi fare, felt happy🙂

    It works ok when you figure it out but the location/map tech and display is awful. Someone needs to look at this app from a usability perspective. I find that comfort drivers are, on the whole, better than most, but the world is changing and transport apps are a reflection of the company. It boils down to laziness on the part of Delgro and whoever they have developing their app. It’s an affront to loyal riders.

    New app is a big step backwards. Navigation is difficult for example getting back to the main menu once a booking is confirmed. My credit card and favorites all info had to be re entered. The ads at the bottom are extremely annoying. Sometimes leave good enough alone and don’t try to be clever. Will likely switch to grab simply because the app is more intuitive.

    App tells me I can get discount for the new "pay for steet hail" feature. I proceed to sign up. But it is not immediately obvious that there's an extra step whereby I have to choose the discount coupon before it is applied. UI is clunky and deliberately deceptive. I don't think Comfort Delgro realises still that they have serious competition on their hands now. 👎 Won't be fooled a second time.

    Can't even register a pointless but mandatory account. HTTP 500 Internal Server Error is all I get. It's more efficient to just dial a damn cab.

    Comfort is very slow to adapt to Grab and GoJek who do NOT charge a service fee or extra charge for using a credit card. App often does mot match drivers as well as Grab and GoJek. Always the slowest to do so. Comfort is just more expensive and less convenient. I do like some of the drivers who are typically a bit more mature and experienced but this does not relate to the app though.

    It really eliminates the headache of having to write all the words of your preferred addresses both pickup and destination locations, faster than the old one. Besides having a user-friendly interface, the graphics and design stands out from the previous app. It would be Better if location will be more accurate for checking the location of the taxi but then I would rate it 5 star for over all performance. - Patrick John

    This app is a disgrace. The functionality is pathetic composed to its peers (Grab and Gojek). It cannot even get its payment system to work correctly. And the response from the support team after TWO weeks is to change the payment method. Truly an atrocious customer experience.
