    It really eliminates the headache of having to write all the words of your preferred addresses both pickup and destination locations, faster than the old one. Besides having a user-friendly interface, the graphics and design stands out from the previous app. It would be Better if location will be more accurate for checking the location of the taxi but then I would rate it 5 star for over all performance. - Patrick John

    Update Apr 2021: App works perfectly well! Customer service reached out to me promptly. And thank you for the coupons too. ""Update: I just sent an email to you with the screenshot of the crashing. Look forward to your support. Thank you."" App is crashing. Keeps automatically closing when I try to open. I uninstall and reinstalled the app already but same problem. Please help, thank you.

    Getting "oops! You're offline!" for the past week. Tried reaching out to customer service (no response) and uninstalling/re-installing the app. Nothing seems to work, so I guess leaving 1-star reviews are the new ways to request customer service. Edit: I was using a VPN on my phone that seemed to be the cause. App works okay when I turn it off.

    I'm glad the app is good & efficient in booking a taxi when I need it. The ETA is also usually correct. However in the last 1-2 months or so, I cannot launch it when at home using my WiFi. I have to disable it & turn on mobile data then it's ok, as if I'm already downstairs or some distance away from my home using mobile data only.

    But after some initial crashes now the new up works so far. One problem: As long as current t booking not picked up, cannot book next taxi for Friend. I cannot see how to go back to main menus while booking in place / driver on the way. How?

    Everything is ok. 1) But less options for the pickup point. 2) Try to improve on the layout as well so that 1st time users would not have much difficulty or confusion on where to type in their pickup point and their destination. -- There's a lot to be improved. I'm just being generous with the 5 stars.

    App just updated and then I tried to open it. All I get is a message that says “Error”. Very annoying. Guess I need to use Grab. Their updates don’t have these problems. New releases should not be pushed out without testing.

    i tried to book. after keyed in address, there is a map showing the two locations and the various fare options. the map area is too small to zoom in. scrolling does not seem to work. there is also no button to enlarge the map area.

    Nice app. Best taxi company in SEA. Good that u have MasterPass, but.. please, add an option to use Apple Pay! Pleeeeease! If this app is for customers convenience - please give us Apple Pay. It's simple.

    This app charges you even if you're not in ride. I booked a taxi, it just changed to "on the way" without me in it, and charged me. I didn't have a way to block that from happening. I sincerely recommend NOT USE this app.

    Driver picked up someone else and had the audacity to charge that trip to my booking which he did not cancel. No one from Comfort Delgro returned call or replied to me even though I gave feedback. And it was a horrible app with no way to contact the driver or give immediate feedback on such incidents. App also keep showing server error or connection error.

    This new version should have stayed in development until bugs worked out. I have been using the old app for a with no major issues. The new app has nice interface but the main problem is you can't enter the destination. I have tried entering many different destinations and can't find most of them which means you can't order a taxi. The old app used to have a free text option so you could type in destination. This new app can't even find hotels on Orchard Road. Either it should have a free text destination option or get a new map provider. Current one is terrible. I'm now using Uber out of frustration with this app.

    Update on 28/4, app is still unusable after 3 months of updates, have been using Grab during these 3 months; email help tickets were also sent with responses since January. Unusable after latest update, keep saying app is offline despite being online.

    first time using apps, Use the scan QR to pay for street hail, comfort delgro charged sgd 20.00 immediately to my card even before the trip finishes. call center always busy and difficult to reach, continuesly being put on waiting tone

    Please go back to the old app. The new app never gets my location right when I am at home and I can’t figure out how to find the favorites where I’ve already stored my home address. Once I’ve booked a taxi it seems impossible to easily track the taxi now. Happy to help you improve your old app, but this app has meant I’ve used Grab several times since the update after using Grab maybe once a year previously. Finally found the favorites... all my meticulously created favorites that made my booking Comfort quick and easy are gone? Really? Who is responsible for this destruction of the loyal customer experience?

    Waited for 7 minutes to process a booking. Seemed long so cancelled & was going to rebook but when I tried to rebook, it said I had a booking in process. Closed app and reopened, and it was processing the cancelled booking. I cancelled again, confirmed the cancellation again & tried to rebook. Again, I had an existing booking in process. Shut my phone off & restarted. The original cancelled booking was still there. Then the app says I have a driver but after 5 minutes driver is still in the same place. I called and no answer. Then my driver literally disappears and my screen is back to the EMPTY booking screen. Late for work of course!!! 😡😡😡

    Beware this app auto delete your trips history after 30 days. There isnt even an auto saved copy in the email. Lost the chance to claim transport fee due to this. Will strictly use grab from now on.

    I’m trying to stay positive and see the light of this...but you either do not care or you’re so myopic to hear what your customers have been telling since you downgraded your app to whatever this is...one that only serves to frustrate and irk your customers who have stayed loyal and supportive of your drivers. I’m afraid your non-responsiveness is regarded as dismissive... and I will prefer to start using Gojek given how well thought out and easy to use their app is. And unless you can either bring back the old app or provide us with a much better user experience ASAP, I’m afraid that Gojek will get most of my business.

    New app is a big step backwards. Navigation is difficult for example getting back to the main menu once a booking is confirmed. My credit card and favorites all info had to be re entered. The ads at the bottom are extremely annoying. Sometimes leave good enough alone and don’t try to be clever. Will likely switch to grab simply because the app is more intuitive.

    It works ok when you figure it out but the location/map tech and display is awful. Someone needs to look at this app from a usability perspective. I find that comfort drivers are, on the whole, better than most, but the world is changing and transport apps are a reflection of the company. It boils down to laziness on the part of Delgro and whoever they have developing their app. It’s an affront to loyal riders.

    Comfort is a more reliable service, simply because it still has a large fleet of reliable drivers. But the app was horrible - it kept force closing right after I'd managed to book a cab and was transferred to the live map, so I couldn't have a good gauge of the cab's location until it was very near. It became worse after I'd boarded the cab - it couldn't stay open for even 2 seconds. I'd restarted it more than 10 times to the same result - there was no way to use alternative payment methods.
