    It really eliminates the headache of having to write all the words of your preferred addresses both pickup and destination locations, faster than the old one. Besides having a user-friendly interface, the graphics and design stands out from the previous app. It would be Better if location will be more accurate for checking the location of the taxi but then I would rate it 5 star for over all performance. - Patrick John

    It works ok when you figure it out but the location/map tech and display is awful. Someone needs to look at this app from a usability perspective. I find that comfort drivers are, on the whole, better than most, but the world is changing and transport apps are a reflection of the company. It boils down to laziness on the part of Delgro and whoever they have developing their app. It’s an affront to loyal riders.

    Customer service was horrible. First time I got left in the mid of an expressway and they just said they will investigate without any more replies. The second enquiry have no replies at all other than the automated one. Its as if they don't care about their passengers when things go wrong.

    New app is a big step backwards. Navigation is difficult for example getting back to the main menu once a booking is confirmed. My credit card and favorites all info had to be re entered. The ads at the bottom are extremely annoying. Sometimes leave good enough alone and don’t try to be clever. Will likely switch to grab simply because the app is more intuitive.

    Not that great app ! Had been having issue on booking saying my card can't use ! & can only pay by cash upon booking. Had been emailing them about the issue but no reply. Lousy app & service

    I don’t know who is the genius that though putting huge adds that cover the screen is a good idea, but the new iteration is just plain horrible. The user interface is a jumbled mess, loading times are ridiculous, the loyalty program is disruptive and difficult to sign up. Comfort should just fire the whole app development team and start from scratch.

    It doesn't show if ComfortRide's price is lower or higher than Meter price. It used to show that and it's much better.

    the location search is pretty bad. it usually displays (a list of) full address instead of the name of the place, e.g. Singpost Center, it will show only the address but not the Singpost Center Mall which entrance. If this is an unfamiliar place, I wouldn't know which address to select. I deterred using this app when I'm visiting some place I'm not familiar. Apart from the above problem (which hasn't been fixe after so long), currently the app also displays adverts after ordering a ride, we are already paying for the ride, why do we have to see adverts? And it's not a small one either, it covers the entire screen with a tiny X button to close, in outdoor situations when most of our taxi hailing are needed, this became such an annoyance! this is why Grab can become a monopoly, it's because of the incompetence of you and other companies

    Extreme inconvenience when I already set my work destination and cannot change it. Was too anxious to get to my new workplace and absentmindedly tapped on "Work". Realised it when the taxi driver checked and had to pass thru the selected destination before proceeding to my actual destination. Not fault for the driver, but the app.

    i gave up on this app, lousy gps, always show "error no internet", BIG hassle to book - show no taxi available, then tells you to wait 10mins to book again? really?

    App tells me I can get discount for the new "pay for steet hail" feature. I proceed to sign up. But it is not immediately obvious that there's an extra step whereby I have to choose the discount coupon before it is applied. UI is clunky and deliberately deceptive. I don't think Comfort Delgro realises still that they have serious competition on their hands now. 👎 Won't be fooled a second time.
