Great game, I love it!
Sep 20, 2016 There is a severe lack of quality strategy games on iOS,and this is the exact type of game I've been looking for. Though I have a few suggestions to make it even better! First can you make it when someone declares war on you, a notification tells you that you are now at war instead of having to look at the war table. Second can you add alliances, third can you please add a 1938 start date if possible. Thank you so much for making a great strategy game on IOS!more -
Great Game, Diplomatically Flawed
Apr 13, 2018 It is a great game as just a little passerby, with a lot of strategy involved, like the Commodore 64 version. However, there is not really much going for it in the diplomatic options. You can only make peace, so even if the AI is getting slaughtered it won’t try to make peace, and you end up having to pay to end it so the AI doesn’t attack (which it rarely does.) Tgere is also no form of alliances, so if you want to be Britain and France together on the Front line, you can’t. Overall, while the simplicity is nice, it would be good if there was a little more depth. And less crashes.more -
Good game but combat is flawed
Nov 26, 2017 This game is great but the combat system doesn’t work. It’s too easy to fail as the enemy gets the first shot and can win even if they are outnumbered. Also I do not understand why you can only build units in the spring it should be year round. Other than these two complaints the game is perfectmore -
Sweet game!
Mar 20, 2016 Crashes a bit but otherwise very true to the period they designed the game around. A well done strategy game. -
Love it, but...
Jan 8, 2019 This is like playing on my brother’s computer in the 80s. A couple of issues though...when playing against the computer, it seems like the computer-controlled countries become “dormant” after a few years. My second complaint is that with today’s technology, why can’t I play a game with anyone else?more

Like the Commodore 64 version
Oct 7, 2016 Brings back memories of playing this on the Commodore 64 late nights with friends. It does crash some, but autosave keeps it from losing too much. Simple gameplay but a lot of strategy to think about. Great game! -
Good game
Jun 17, 2018 It’s fun and there’s different modes keeps you playing for a while -
Amazing game!
May 31, 2016 I love the design and gameplay. Similar to Risk. Easy to learn and fun to play. Definitely worth it!

Bugs
Jun 17, 2019 It will throw you out of the game for no reason losing all your progress -
Classic game
Mar 29, 2017 LOVED this game on the old Commodore 64. This is just as good, when it doesn't freeze on you. It freezes or jams or resets ALL the time. -
Great Remake
Mar 7, 2016 Great remake of a fun game from my youth. The game has crashed on me a couple of times (very annoying).

Good Potential - Needs some love from Dev
Sep 15, 2019 Basic gameplay but fun. Could be a lot more enjoyable with 2 small changes / additions: 1. Make multiplayer timer optional. This forced setting really turns off others that I could game with. 2. Add a Spring time option for non-aggression pact. Proposer pays for the treaty - the country approached gets the funds. To make it even better, add a further option for Alliance victory where empires can win as a coalition. I know that would need to be down the line as it’s more complicated but the first 2 items should be relatively easy to implement.more -
Fix it
Aug 25, 2019 We need improvements and bugs fixed. We want to make alliances with other countries. Please update this game
