Great free app
Jan 5, 2020 It’s nice to see all of US college hockey scores in an app. Notifications as well on watched teams is great The UI is slightly confusing at times - for example, to favorite/watch a team you swipe on the team instead of tapping into a team detail page. Despite some UI Blemishes, it’s still a great app and I highly recommend!more -
Nov 25, 2018 Good app but...doesn't show the overtime results. I know games that finish tied in regulation are technically ties, but there is OT and shootouts for the extra point. This information isn't available on this app. It should be added.more -

Seems to have been many performance issue this year...
Jan 19, 2021 I have used this app since it 1st came out. Every year I purchase the full functionality with game stats and details. This yr, for some reason, it has had many issues around performance and just up to date game data. Empty scores days after games complete, or even scores the day of the game. I find myself having to just go to Hockey East Online to get accurate game scores and details. I’m hoping the issue have just been related to the Covid issues with games and the app will be the outstanding app I’ve used for years prior.more -

Oct 8, 2018 Just paid for the new version, the app crashes every time I try to see a box score... which is basically the only reason to buy the paid version. It’s very disappointing. Stick with the free version.

Can’t seem to get to the pairwise rankings anymore
Oct 30, 2019 I have the free version and I used to be able to get to the pairwise ranking but that function seems to disabled now not sure if this is intended or not. Generally this app is pretty good besides that once this is fixed I will return to using this app over USCHO app.more -
Feb 22, 2020 The app was working fine a couple of weeks ago. Like you said it was fixed and I have not been getting updates for the games the last 2 weekends. Like last week and today not getting updates from the game today. Something wrong with the app again?more -

Feb 22, 2020 Why no OT or shootout results shown in the game box score???? I Know it's technically a tie, but the extra point awarded for an OT or shootout win can be very important in the standings. -
Test alerts are annoying
Dec 22, 2018 Had to turn off notifications. Getting a game start test alert multiple times a day. Otherwise works for keeping up with scores and rankings

May 21, 2020 Revised: Please accept my most insincere apologies. I must have the wrong app. The college hockey app I meant to review has a NEWS icon 2 from the top right corner. If you look down those articles you will see 17 of the first 25 articles about East coast teams, 5 covid related and a grand total of 2 yes 2 not covid or east coast articles. These ARTICLES are NOT scores, schedules, or stats. 17-2 is a stat but not an "equal amount of articles". I didn't expect you to look into flaws b4 respondingmore -

What’s Groovy
Great app with frequent updates. Standings now updated with new conference point structure with the new OT rules. Goal alerts are a plus. My go to college hockey app.

What’s Subpar
It’s a nice app when I’m watching my team at home or away games and I want to see score updates from around the same conference, but updates are FAR from real time, and on occasion don’t come through until later periods or even not at. It’s nice to see the RPI/PWR rankings, but being able to see the USCHO Poll would be great. Box Scores aren’t part of the free version, which is insane, especially considering it costs $2.99, but if you pay I guess you also get extended stats info, and a different view of scores from all over D1?
tl;dr
If you want inconsistent, slow and occasionally incorrect push notifications for one or a few teams, the free version is pretty alright. Can’t see any reason for wasting money on the premium version other than the box score but even then.

Has most of the college hockey info I need. But where are the team rankings? You had rankings (calculator icon) in previous versions. EDIT: Thank you for the explanation. It's definitely a challenge to compare teams nationally this season.

When I click on player stats I get exited out of the app -
No Women’s scores
Love this app but really wish they would also add all the women’s teams!! I follow both men’s and women’s and I think it’s only fair!! -

Scores Not Updating
Have paid version and like player profiles but noticed scores of tournament games don’t all update - Hockey East BC UMass semi not accurate even day after game for e.g. Had similar issue during 1st round ECAC games. Free USCHO app had updated scores posted. Nice app otherwise. -
Bugs with standings
I am looking at the standings and the number of wins/losses don’t add up. Big 10 says Wisconsin is 10-0 but the breakdown only is showing 8 total wins. Am I missing something? -
Missing 3/4 of the hockey news
This is a great app for D1 men’s hockey. Disappointed that’s all it covers. NO WOMEN!! And neither men nor women DIII. What the app provides is sufficient. Sometimes the news is hard to navigate. -
