Not only are the claws a total mess but the shipping too. Its impossible to play this game without spending real life money on it. for me i needed to have at least 10 prizes to ship and as if that wasnt enough they also give u a deadline, ON 7 DAYS. its littrraly impossible to actually get ur stuff.more -

Apr 5, 2021 I would give this app a zero if I could. The game itself is alright. My grandson (6 years) loved it. He accidently purchased a $92.99 package. Not even 3 minutes later I was emailing for a refund. No response or acknowledgement. When emailing, I attached proof through my bank account, email confirmation time and the time on the game app itself. Google play refuses to refund so im out almost $100 dollars , during a pandemic. We are a low income family. Horrible customer service.more -

Mar 11, 2021 Not only does it not let you win the second prize but I won 197 coins on their coin dozer and how conveniently it never showed up in my account! Then when I asked them about it they tried to play it off as if I had played the practice dozer (where you don’t keep the winnings it’s JUST practice) but I didn’t play that machine I spent 43 coins to win that 197 that was never awarded. Totall bull!more -

They do give refunded points for items you lost but I'd rather just keep the item. There are daily login bonuses which is great if I could get stuff I win. The game would be fine if they at least let you pay to ship instead of free shipping for 5 items or at the very least let the items sit longer than 7 days.more

Not mentioned anywhere on the app at all. Very misleading. I've paid more in customs than the prizes are actually worth!more

Once you have your prize and it's about to reach to the exit, the claw legit will open not even close to the exit area. I have lost more than 7 prices in the same way. The claw just opened and throw the toy/plushie.more -

I have been playing Claw Party for months now and at first I was really skeptical! I have won about 40 prizes now. Yes, you have to pay real money, but the amount of plays you get for your buck are excellent! Customer service has also been amazing! Yes the claw is rigged to only pay out every so often, but it's fair compared to most games. I'm extremely addicted to this and love all the prizes I have gotten. Also you get daily credits for free plays every day! I LOVE this app!! Thank you CP!!

The claws are so rigged that it grabs the dolls and let's it go mid air when it's about to drop it in the outbox. You have to waste alot of money I order to win one prize. I wasted $20-$30 dollars Real money to win 5 prizes in order to get free shipping. Normal non free shipping costs $24 this app isn't worth it.

A lot of the 5 star reviews are fake. Don't expect to actually get your prizes without spending a lot of real money. Need to win 8 prizes before they'll ship; at "lower membership" level (meaning you spent under *$80* in game) prizes are only held in your account for 7 days. After you win your first prize it's hard to win. Addicting but infuriating. 😐 Claw machines occasionally "eat" coins. I've won multiple times in the coin pusher game without being credited. Disappointed, but not surprised.

Games a disaster / ripoff
Plays are too much for what you get. Claws never hold the animal so you have to try and bounce it in. They angle the machines so it always bounces the other way. With the money they make they should allow you to win sometimes. -
I just signed up and I won 2 prizes, but I have to win 6 to ship for free, within 7 days, or I lose them. I can't figure out how to pay for shipping on the app. I've searched everywhere! I see reviews that say they offer paying for shipping. They must purposely make it hard to pay to ship, so you wind up losing your prizes.
