    Slow. The UI made it look like a web app and not so native look like Citi US' app. It does because the app itself is a hybrid app. Not designed to work offline. Everytime I want to check my balance without wifi connection, it does not allow me in.

    Very good apps for Mobile Banking. Now you can do banking at anytime, and every where. But should have the thousand separator for transaction amount.

    The updated app asked me for changing password, but it's just inform error for any password that I type without any helpful information. "Currently, we are facing some issue, please try again later". Please fix it soon or I will change rating to 1 star. Updated: Overcome this by logging using web browser, then I can change the password. After that comeback and using app with new password. I will increased to 3 stars. Can't give more for such kind of bug.

    Well, I have a same issue like other customer that after log in I can't get access to the app unless I change my password. But when I did change it, It said that your app is facing some issues. So, nothing happned... It's very annoying when I needed to check the bank statement?

    It requests me to change the password. But when I go to new password screen it always displays "Currently we are facing some issue. Please try again later". Few days later, I tried again but the peoblem still happen.

    I don’t even know where to begin, you can’t do anything with this app, and the support, or the so-called support, is completely worthless. They send you links that don’t match to what you’re interested in, things don’t work. I’m actually going to just close my Citibank account in Vietnam, it’s really bad.

    The app checked my identity with an sms and asked me to change my password, and then was unable to process it! Just said Error. Some difficulty now. Try later.... No support available... Tried multiple times but still getting the error.

    - slow - unclearly interfaced It view a new interface for the first login but when I tab on the card details it’s link to the old one. Have no way to going back to the new one =))

    Could be much better if the client can contact Citibank (chat/email) and not to phone for customer care. Language is a barrier and a "customer care" function will be of great assistance.
