    Can’t find where to download statement, how to view full account number. FAQ search also felt limiting on items showing up, makes it hard to seek help. The rest of the app is fine and mostly intuitive.

    There is no authentication function on your app, while the online banking services keep asking me to go to the app for authentication code. This is simply idiotic.

    The online trading is always stuck, non responding, needed to force close the app and relaunch. Happens everyday in the morning at 9:30. It always kick you out when you buy/sell/ make changes with your order with the error code 500. After you re login , the list which let you choose the service for online trading froze, then you need to close it and re login AGAIN in order to make it work normally. Please fix this as this problem is occurred almost a year and still counting.

    Won’t scan. Of course the app won’t tell you this, only when you come to the branch they will tell you that you were daft to use the app and online application with new format ID.

    After update, app working very slow. Take more than 15 sec to show login after open the app. It's even getting worse after another update on May 21. It need to open app twice and take more than 1 min to show login page. Sad......

    Why can't the app show scheduled payments? I sometimes can't remember if I've already scheduled a payment for a card. As a result, I would duplicate the payment.

    1. Citi still doesn't have an option to register for the 10,000 HKD handout while other banks do, since Sunday. 2. App takes over 30 seconds to start. Whyyyyy!!!

    You cannot delete notifications that you have already received so every time you think you have cleared them as soon as you make another transaction you get the kettle red dot telling you you have multiple notifications. App keeps disabling my FaceTime login so I have to go back into settings and enable it again.

    There are geo restrictions on downloading this app depending on where you are or where you registered your app store. Doesn’t make sense for a global bank.
