    Put in my work email and it takes me websso and I can't see where to sign in at. And can't get past this. Very annoying! Update: I figured out the issue have taking time to troubleshoot a little on my own. I use Duck Duck Go as my default browser and it was causing the link to not load right. Switched to Chrome and it worked fine.

    Still missing a way to join a Webex meeting that is not in your calendar. Right now you still have to have both apps (meetings and teams) because you can not join with a number in this app. Big miss!

    Changed the rating purely on the basis of ease of use and for my day to day checks this works wonderfully. Being a Cisco employee it feels great to be using this application. Keep the updates rolling 😉

    The app works well with the exception of the ability to listen to voicemails within the app. I even worked with support from webex with no resolution unfortunately.

    The count badge is not getting displayed fort new messages on Android 11.1 inspite of enabling in notification settings on the phone vivo x60pro... please fix this issue.

    First of all, why isn’t this app in the list of supported apps within Endpoint? Right off the bat it deviates from the standard app configuration. Second, users that already have an app password setup via MAM are prompted to setup another one. That’s not a great user experience. Finally, and this is the biggest issue, after initial login from a non-admin account, I granted consent using an admin account. Now, the app is inextricably linked to the admin account and not the normal identity. When trying to login via the normal identity I get an MSALDomainError. I’ve tried removing and reinstalling multiple times and even through Settings. I feel like I’ve tried most everything short of resetting all settings on my device, which I am not going to do. I was able to login to the app get it protected via the admin account; however, I don’t see an option to logout from the app via that account. The app appears to work for other users now, but I really can’t comment on that, because I can’t use it.

    When my phone rings, there is no way to answer WebEx, it just keeps ringing. This is without a doubt the stupidest app.

    App doesn’t follow the standard Intune MAM methods of deployment and configuration, requiring additional work for administrators. Additionally, if an admin has to authorize the app with a separate account, the mobile app is now forever linked to that account unless the device is wiped.

    Application sucks on Android (Samsung S20). In chat images take minutes to load, issues sending chats more than 50% of the time, sometimes chat history doesn't load. Tried a new webex account, beta app, Wifi/LTE/5G, uninstall, reinstall, clear cache/data, and reaching out to Cisco TAC.

    "Social login provider Google not supported by this organization" after recent update. Unable to even sign in to the application that is crucial for my work. Tried switching browsers, clearing cache/data, clean installing the app, nothing works.

    Won't connect through employer SSO. Last version worked perfectly. Update: Still hanging up in conncection to SSO. No different than before after app update.

    Worst app! Only works half the time & customer service is awful! If I could give zero stars I would. Cox doesn't care in the least. We are stuck with minimal options, so why should they care.

    Repeatedly sends meeting notifications for the same meeting over and over (today I had two identical notifications for the same meeting in my notification bar, and got a third after dismissing those two).
