more lessThis app since to be good but if you lost your bvn sim number to get verification cod no other access on you account again you people should add some security question and allow the person to have access to his account since last year I lost my phone wit the bvn sim no other access to my account which is very bad

It’s a scam!
more lessIt’s very convenient to add money anytime of the day. But can’t cash out anytime you want unless it’s twice a day ; one around 10am and the other around 3pm and even with that pray it works!. Making your profits is your uppermost concern, but to hell with users whose trade depends on how convenient they can get in touch with their money. And it’s always one problem or the other. Network problems today some other problem tomorrow. Transactions on this app is never as smooth a nightmare a one would hope. And now today around 10am I try to cash after trying so many times since yesterday. And I still can’t. For an app which was my point of almost all my transfers both within and cross border, I will definitely start finding alternatives because one thing I know for sure is they don’t care about their users!

more lessSee, I could confidently refer chipper cash to a friend, family or colleague because of the swift means of operations and fast services you offer. A lot of crypto enthusiast who started this crypto currency’s race in Nigeria know how bad Luno services are and how their price on the dashboard will show you a value worth more than your actual money. Na when you withdraw you go know say the balance na wash. As it is like this, I’ll be regretting referring chipper-cash to a newbie in fintech and online banking system when they figure out your services are not transparent anymore. Na you go dey explain on behalf of company. You don’t show the % on commissions you charge for your crypto transactions, on writing this review your USDC price pair to NGN is more than #800 which is fake to me because you’re never gonna pay out your customers with that rate, I will understand if it was P2P, so why deceive the poor masses. What you ordered vs. what you get (ChipperCash) If the government is making it hard for you to excel in the country I think it’s best you switch places just like PATRICIA did.

Bring PVC back for verification!!!!!
more lessI just can’t understand why there’s no option to upload voter’s card for verification anymore on this app, or is my PVC not a legit identification of me being a citizen of Nigeria anymore? Apart from that, I’ve got no other issue on this app, it’s great cuz I used it before but I couldn’t access my first account cuz I lost my old phone with the number on it and due to the government imposed law as said, I couldn’t retrieve my lost sim so as to get back on my old account, now that I’m trying to open a new one with my new number then I noticed I can’t use my PVC for verification anymore, that just hurts so much that it breaks my heart. This is why I’m giving 2 stars .

more lessThese application is the most scamming application I ever see in these earth ,,I fund my account with 7k and I wonted to send the money to niara virtual card to use it to purchase something online,I decided to fund the nira virtual card ,u no what happened next the fund accepted but it doesn’t appear in my virtual card ,I chatted them up,the tell me to chat the supporter that is the one responsible for the problem he we solve it out for me, ,but I swear to them if the no return that money eh,hmm, 😭🤦♂️❌ please no one should dawn load these application oo is a scammers that own it oo,😭 I we reporte these app to hacker ,I give them 2month you people we not see these application again me,❌

more lessThis app has become useless for some months now. You can’t even cash out your own money . They give you a limit of just 2k daily yet they won’t allow you to cash out . Chipper cash doesn’t care about it customers. At this point a feel they’re some sort of scheme waiting to run away with peoples money . They allow you transact any amount you want but won’t give you any chance to cash out your money . They are up to something so all users should be aware of them. If you are yet to download it then I urge you not to waste your time . They will hold all your money forever. Useless app ... they never improve on their service, they keep getting worse every day. more lessMy transactions are marking completed and settled but I didn’t get the money on the other bank It has happen several times but when I went to support to complain I’ll only talk to robot and if I contact their support I won’t get any reply back mode than #30,000 said paid and settled but other bank don’t get the money..this chipper is scam don’t ever fall for their trap my friend send #70,000 send out and it shows completed but I didn’t get the money in my bank…chipper cash is a scam don’t fall for their trap they’re scammer if you contact them they’ll not reply you
