This app makes it easy to book flight ticket direct from the airline.what I love most about this app is it ability to trackfares..but you guys still need to improve on some areas especially the part where I can't pick more than 2 to 3 airport near me to see prices I can easily go with..

Horrible Customer Service
more lessMy husband and I contacted the customer service department because we used the Momondo app to book a flight and did not receive a confirmation notice that our payment had been received. We called twice because we wanted to be clear on what the system had done and if any further action should be taken. Both times, we spoke to a male representative. The second person’s name was Zack. Both gentlemen gave us information but hastily rushed my husband off of the phone before he could finish confirming that he understood what had been communicated to him. It was very impersonal and unsatisfactory. We had no way of knowing if the money was received or if an error occurred. I would suggest that the representatives for this company be better trained on how to inquire if the customer has a full understanding of what has been communicated to them AND how to ask the costumer if they have any further questions before telling them “okay, thank you for calling. Bye!” 🙄

Notifications don't really work. At all. I get a notification with a price and when I tap it, the main screen just comes up. If I then manually go to the price alerts, I get nothing. It's as if the developers aren't using this app themselves. EDIT: No thanks, I've clearly described the problem here. If you guys can't figure out how to copy/paste, or even use your own app, why should I bother?

50/50 chance
more lessThere’s a 50/50 chance that when you search a flight and it shows you the initial cheapest price that it’ll actually have it once you click for t to show you the results. The other half of the time you get really excited thinking there is a cheap flight to somewhere exciting and when you click to view the results, the price is no where near the amount it said it would be. Extremely frustrating. It’s worth checking with to see if there really is in fact a flight at that price, but mostly you just get your hopes up and then get frustrated at Momondo for tricking you. Hopefully this is just a Black Friday/ Cyber Monday fluke.

I booked a flight on YOUR app with DREAM WORLD TRAVEL they have taken my money £2521 and not booked my flights, they have done this with hundreds of other customers, check there reviews they are a scam company, hundreds of thousands of pounds have gone missing and hundreds of holidays have been ruined but your company is still allowing customers to book with them, WHY? MOMONDO works with bogus scam company's BE AWARE

This app compares flights and shows to us. But there are apps like farefirst which does it in a nicer way. Momondo does not provide cheap flight always, it is biased I feel. I wouldn't want to use this app again for booking. On the positive side, this app has a very very good user interface and user experience. The Colorado combination is eye catchy and has no words. Their website is also same. UI is great, but feature wise still below other apps.

more lessUsing this ap I tried to book a flt and kept getting kicked back. I finally called Crystal Travel and the rep told me I kept getting kicked out was the flt/seat was no longer available, so I booked another flt for about $200 more. I later found cheaper flts and called them back to complain. They would not give satisfaction until about 1/2 hour later they called and emailed me about canceling the flt and were refunding me the full amount. I later booked a flt with Hawaiian Airline for much more satisfying fare. Checking the Momondo ap again I found it still list the lower unavailable flts (typical bait and switch tactic)! Removing Momondo from my iPad.

It keep increasing the rate once I started searching for the same flight. I did search in a different platform for the same flight and then realized that there is a big difference between the prices. It is kind of exploiting the need. Used to give 5 starts but now only one.

False advertising
more lessWe booked a flight to Florida for 348. It said processing and I went to bed. I woke up the next morning to a email stating I must call cheap air fare. I call and they tell me that price is no longer available and the new price is 1,000. I look up on momondo and it still showing the 348.. I tell this somewhat not nice person on the other end and he tells me if I try to book that then it’s not going to let me and I will have to pay the 1,000... WHAT KIND OF SCAM IS THIS? Btw.... here we are a day later and guess what??? On your app you are still advertising that 348... do not use this app... it’s a total scam!
