Canceled flights
more lessUsed this app to buy a flight for my father for the following day costing $240. They canceled his ticket purchase without advising us. We made it to the airport and he was still able to check-in through security since we did have an email with a confirmation number. Once he arrived at his flight’s gate they informed him that his reservation was not paid for and he was forced to pay upfront for a last minute flight that was $850. After calling the company that this app used as a middle man, travomint. They informed us that they didn’t charge us and we should have received an email notification, which we never did. Customer service personnel were very rude and did not care one bit for helping us. Do not use this app unless you want travel plans ruined and being forced to pay a fortune for last minute flights.

Nice app but the prices are different depending on who is searching. I searched for flights to Indonesia, and they suddenly DOUBLED after a couple of days. My friend performs exactly the same search and their prices havent changed - yet. If there is one thing I hate, it's dishonesty.

more lessI'm not really crazy about this app... it quotes much cheaper prices and every time (SEVERAL attempts on different flights) I click to go to the third party site the price is not even close to the quote on the app. I see the disclaimer that prices go up quickly but it just seems like an excuse for completely false advertising. I got frustrated and just used Orbitz and it was cheaper and easier than all the nonsense this app was putting me through. The regular website used to be really useful, I haven't checked outside of the app to see if it is only the app. I wouldn't recommend using this app.

Not bad overall but on forum like this, there are some scams aswell like travelgenio, i booked ticket with this mentioned website and they never responded and then i had to cancel my ticket but they didnt refund till yet. Now my question is with cheapflights with this service you guys are willing to get 5 stars? Ridiculous i paid through you and this is totally fraud, i called them, e-mailed them but no response, ticket they issue there is no record on airline, kick them out of cheapflights.

Horrible interface
more lessEverything is so delicate I’m trying to scroll down find my birth month and by mistake the whole page disappears. This did not happen only once it happened more times for that actually option I was choosing. And then it happened while I was looking for different flights the whole screen just dropped now I can’t find where I was at. Now I have to press search al over again. I can tell the people who created this app hasn’t tried to use it once atleast.

I booked five flight tickets through TravelGenio I sent them a cancelation request ten days ago, they never replied to my request. I called seven days ago and they said the cancelation can't be done by phone and they will do it when it's my turn in the email queue and that they would call me back when it's done, which they never did. I tried calling them again but they put me on hold for ten minutes and no answer it's an international call! I'm starting to believe that you put them on your app
