    Overall good experience. The stock accounts don't seem laymen friendly. It's difficult to trade without putting in a bunch of options instead of just buy sell. Can do just about anything on the app and the bot help chat isn't too bad. Online deposits are quick and transferring to outside accounts is quick if you got em linked right. Takes a few days to link but it's worth it in the end if you transfer money to the same accounts often. I like the free credit report and the detail is goes into.

    I've been using Chase app for a long time and your recent update is terrible. It's all generic white and blue inside, but the functionality has some troubles. When I use your credit journey it will not let me use the back arrow or navigate anywhere else into the app not even to sign out. Can you please fix this? It'll get you back up to five stars. Thanks

    I love the app, been using for a long time now. One star missing because recently I haven't been getting any notifications for my transactions. Which I have turned on for any incoming or outgoing transactions? I've tried all trouble shooting steps. Calling the bank to my phone provider. To turning the notification settings in the app to off and back on? But nothing seems to make notifications for the app to work. Only thing I can think of is the latest update may have broke push notifications?

    Chase takes a lot of security measures which is fine although unnecessary for me personally but they do rip in heavy fees and when it takes time to get paid, most of the money you made gets taken. It's not worth it for me tbh and I'll be switching banks soon. Aside from all that, the app itself is alright. No issues. Just too much security measures.

    Pretty decent app. I havent explored it entirely to knit-pick what bothers me. But since the update the 5 icon on the accounts page are impossible to see, the text that goes with each icon is HUGE and very difficult to read, the larger words dont even fit in the space theyre supposed to be in. Please fix that. It gets a bit laggy occasionally, and the navagation is pretty complex, but beyond that a pretty decent app!

    Love how slick and modern the app has become, especially since the recent updates. Bug fix necessary: certain parts of the app don't work, and I get a blank page or an error message saying, "Looks like something went wrong. Please try again later. Thanks for your patience." Examples are the Investments and Ultimate Rewards portions of the app. Also, the app only shows how many UR points I've earned for each individual card, but it doesn't show the total of all the cards anymore.     Trying to manage transfer recurring payments took forever to figure out. Super annoying and app is not user friendly at all. I looked through numerous tabs on the app and had to do a Google search to figure out out. I sorry tried the chat box and that was so responses and it did not help at all. Also, getting a charge fee for transferring money from one account to another is stupid. It's my money, my linked accounts so there should be no fees. Logging in and out with the fingerprint is helpful.

    Can you guys fix the glitch, it's becoming so hard to log in because it's freezing all the time and it never did before! What you guys do in the resent update, it's becoming very very difficult to go in convientley to check my balance and make deposits. It keep crashing and restart all over and over. Very frustrating when I need to access my account several times a day.

    Since most recent update, payment alert push notifications DO NOT WORK. First completed transaction after the update, I was alerted nearly 10 HOURS after transaction took place! Since then, I have not received an alert notification for any transactions that have been made. This is not good! I expected to be notified within a couple minutes. 10 hours later could be a disaster in the future! What if it was fraud, but I was unaware until hours later! PLEASE FIX!!!!

    The UI is not conducive for all users. The option to choose dark or light mode is a choice we should have and not have taken away just because the developer likes the light mode. There are eye that have photophobia. I use this app because of the amazon. If I hadn't recently renewed the amazon prime membership this app would be gone. It may still be gone because of alternatives I have. I am glad I don't use it for personal banking.

    Terrible in app check cashing. I have 1 of the best cameras you can get in a phone. But when it comes to take a picture of the back side of an endorsed check you can't. I tried on multiple phones and the conclusion is the app needs fixed. It will take clear photos of anything but as soon as you point towards the check it unfocuses and won't take. I've tried in auto capture mode and manual and still no go.

    The new updates are horrible. There is no setting to change the theme to dark mode. This new bright white and blue is harsh to the eyes and I liked the old setting. At least give us the option choose light or dark themes like other apps allow you to. I also never get ANY notifications/alerts from the app. I have them all turned on but I never once got notified.

    While I enjoyed the card and services, my account was canceled for not paying the annual fee, which I believed was on auto pay. While this is reasonable, I was not notified of the pending cancelation. Customer service says 45 day notice is provided for major account changes, however they do not deem closure to be a major change. This has set my credit back, which i work very hard on. I'm disappointed that an email or phone call was not worth the time to keep a loyal customer. 😕

    The main banking features are easy to use and have a great layout. But when using things like the travel portal, ultimate rewards, etc., it can get pretty awful. Blank pages, long loading times, and things just not working like they're supposed to. New update needs dark mode

    Fix your app. It freezes up..has been for days..I thought by uninstalling the older one which would no longer allow me to utalize...I was hoping the new one would Download faster.. Doing absolutely nothing. It's filtering around and around and around.. The last app. Before instructed to download the new version was never a problem. Trying to Install new version for my Android for days now....

    The UI is all over the place. No 2 menus seem to use the same layout or structure, and it gets confusing at times. Also, the "add a receipt" function is utterly worthless. After appx 25 pics of my receipt w/both the auto-capture and self-capture, I gave up. I took a pic of just the barcode, and the app still couldn't find a barcode in the pic. At one point the time on the receipt is what come up as total spent. I think it comes down to the app trying to do too much and not doing any of it well.

    This app is very difficult to navigate. There is no easy way to find just a transaction history. When you ask the chase assistant feature to get you the transaction history they do it very quickly. Then you dispute a charge and it goes to a blank page. Whenever I've had to use the Chase app, I have ALWAYS had call in to customer service. The app just doesn't do anything. There's not even a search feature! I remember years ago Chase used to have an awesome app. Not anymore.

    Absolutely do NOT use the app to attempt to use your rewards points if you are a Chase credit card customer. USE THE WEB version. Worst experience ever and I finally just gave up (I'm sure that's what they wanted). Hitting the back button on your phone just one single time takes you ALL THE EAY BACK to the main accounts page. After trying again several hours later, the rates for the save hotel room I was attempting to book went up by $50 per night! Also, no dark mode. Seriously chase?
