    Was great until I tried to do a mobile deposit. Pixel 3 XL, Android 11. Screen flashes briefly as it loads the Manual or Auto-capture selection, then the app locks up. I've cleared storage and cache and reinstalled, tried all the tips. Frustrating and frustrated. Hence the review. Everything else is good. SMH

    I have been so happy with your service and I want you to know that you are doing great job. Only one thing I am having trouble with Colors on my account like usually Red and Green but some how no longer in color anymore its been 2 days and it is not easy for me. I wish Colors coming back asap. Thank you for your hard work and please have wonderful evening.

    The UI gets regular updates and stays current with modern best practices. Chase keeps adding tools to the app... I don't go to branches item anymore because the app is so good. Hey Chase app developers- with the latest update, the app gets stuck on the screen for mobile deposit where it asks you if you want to use manual capture or auto capture. I can't deposit checks right now! Help!

    When I login, it is for a reason, not to be reminded about adding a phone number or some other stupid thing. Stop coopting my session for other stuff. Let me do what I need to after login. Instead of letting me go straight to my accounts, almost every time the app slides in some stupid reminder or another taking away valuable time. Stop it!

    All's well except for check deposit!! Previous versions, the mobile check deposit worked fine. Now, after resetting the app, resetting my phone, uninstalling-reinstalling the app, and calling customer service, mobile check deposit STILL gets stuck and doesn't work. Using a Google pixel 3. Pls fix.

    Been using this for a few years but since the last "update" it's been a headache. Installed on 4 devices, 2 Samsung S7 phones and 2 Samsung S2 tablets. It constantly crashes/closes on one of the tablets either during the login or shortly afterward. Can't determine the cause but did a complete factory refresh on the tablet and reinstalled the app. I can access Chase thru the installed browsers but the app has failed on every attempt.

    Balances are often inaccurate. I don't mean not fully up to date, I mean actual completely inaccurate numbers that don't seem to have come from anywhere. I double and triple check everything so as not to overpay, and the glitches seem to resolve on their own with time, but still it makes me feel very insecure about my money. I don't care about all the extra/showey stuff. I want my bank app to NOT have obvious glitches and/or mathematical errors. You have ONE job.

    Always an issue... I have been using the app on and off for 4 years and lately it's been nothing more than a headache to use. Depositing checks is a joke. As soon as the camera opens up the app crashes or will freeze. Then I have to troubleshoot etc etc. I would bump up to 4 stars if it were fixed. But we are going on the 3 month of this issue and I am certain once this is fixed another will emerge. But hey chase will never forget to add a fee to anything we mess up on 🤘.

    The last several months have been horrible! I uninstalled and reinstalled several times and nothing has helped. I get the verify phone number message and then says that part is not working. The app crashes on my non-stop and if I'm lucky enough that it works long enough for me to see my balances or transactions it's only for a matter of seconds before it crashes again and kicks me out. I don't understand a financial institution this large not having a reliable app for their customers.

    June 2020: Doesn't allow me to look at my investments or use it for trading worked fine until the update and it ruined. Update 11.20.2020: Still 1 star. Freezes periodically. Some days it lets me access all my accounts other days it shows blank pages. The YouInvest trading features rarely work in app. It really needs its own app.

    I've used the app for years. Barley any complaints. Works well for me and does what I need it to do. Only thing that annoys me is when I try to sign in and I get the message "we're temporarily unable to connect to chase. Please try again later. Thanks for your patience." And I get that a lot

    Only recently (Oct/Nov 2020) the app frequently says, "temporarily unable to connect." Additionally, I became a Chase customer because online reviews, app reviews, website features but I have been disappointed in the features offered. I don't like their budgeting tools, I don't use the app for anything except checking a balance. I never use the website and now I get a frequent error with no apparent solution.

    Great features, but uses an absurd amount of device storage for an application that is entirely dependant on remote data. My Chase app is currently using over 1GB of storage on my phone, far more than any other app. I can, and do, periodically do a manual clean up and re-login but users shouldn't have to babysit apps and clean up after them. EDIT: Problem remains + newer versions are slower. If all apps were this wasteful, phones could have only a handful of apps. Fix your broken app, Chase.

    I never thought I would genuinely consider going to another bank over an app. It constantly says "We're experiencing trouble connecting to Chase right now..." It's very annoying and sometimes takes 20-30 tries just to sign in. My internet is definitely not the issue. I've used this on multiple networks. This app is the only app with a problem. I've also reinstalled multiple times.

    I cannot transfer funds anymore I keep getting a message "Verify your Identity " and there's no way of doing that it goes straight to customer service both mobile app and website. I try working with customer service and I keep getting 3 to 4 different employees or they hang up on me or leave me waiting 30 to 60 minutes to find another employee to say to me that chase is working on it nothing was solved and I ended up paying fines because I couldn't transfer funds to my other accounts .

    Difficult to understand how a bank of Chase's reputation can provide a digital banking experience that is lagging far behind even small regional credit unions. Awful to navigate between account dashboard to other products on offer (such as Mortgage). The hybrid experience between the SDK and the webview is beyond poor. You have to be very motivated to be a chase customer to use their products.
