    Ok. Needs to upgrade. Never able to redeem my "free" item with purchase. Cashier can never scan code and the camera never works to scan bar code. Multiple receipts cant be entered at same time. Too much time.

    Super job on the upgrades - I went to a Charlie’s a couple weeks ago and the app didn’t work so i deleted it. I was skeptical the account migration would work but it was very fluid w lots of confirmations. Thank you!

    Aside from being able to see my free drink, the staff was so nice and helpful and made my free drink happen after ordering and opening the new app, a bit slow app but otherwise tracked points afterwards quicky. Good Food on the go.

    Was supposed to receive a free drink of any size once downloading the app but it never showed up on my account. The workers argued with me when I showed them the app and the email I got when I downloaded the app just minutes before while standing in line to order. I finally got the drink but it still never showed in the app.

    Overall, the app's pretty tight, covers most of what I'd want from an order-placing and loyalty tracking app. I do wish it had a way to input reward codes from the online survey for my next order If I'm placing said order through the app.

    The Charlie’s at Hulen mall has the worst service. Employees are rude, they up charge. They talk too fast and don’t get the order correct and then give you attitude when you ask for the right thing that you originally said. Then they all of a sudden start charging for condiments when they gave 3 people ahead of me condiments free. Then scolded me When I asked for something after they handed me my order. Horrible service every time.

    Employees need to wash your hands more periodically they touch the cash register they touch a lot of things and they don’t change their gloves we’re an epidemic we do not need to be catching any viruses because of lack of employees not train to change gloves or wash their hands

    You could buy 7 subs and get one free. Old system. Now on new system you have to buy minimum 10 subs and get 1/2 sub free $5.00???? Not very customer friendly!!!

    Really intuitive and easy to use. Love that I can order ahead and have my favorite philly waiting for me when I arrive. Love all the different rewards and benefits. Time to go get that free lemonade!

    I am sooooooooooooo happy there’s a Charleys Philly Steak at the alameda plaza cause I had Charleys Philly Steaks food before. Well I love it even more cause it’s very close to where I live. I’m always craving the sandwich now and then. The customer service is pleasant and easy. 😁

    Great location very clean and inviting. The chicken California came with a perfect flavor and fixing were fresh. The gourmet potatoes are on point. Either must be the hunger right now or actually they are good. Either way be careful as they come hot...

    Just installed and used it. Took over 3 tries to get my order in...very glitchy! Had to keep closing it and starting over...frustrating! Hope it works better next time...

    It was easy enough to place an order, but it didn't give basic info I could show the Charleys' staff like an order # or my name next to the order summary. It also wasn't initially clear to them that I paid in-app.

    I would give five stars if they would scan the app at the restaurant instead of making me scan the receipt later. Half the time it tells me I already scanned the receipt.
