I always loved this app.. use to be a 5 star What happened! The app been acting strange for a while & just crashed. 1st thing to go wrong. It wouldn't reset daily steps. Next stopped tracking outdoor bike miles. It tell me hrs with no miles. Now the app will not open. Please fix it. I don't want to give up on this app!

Obviously designed by an incompetent person. Last update broke this fully. Doesn't even load. Other people state the same. How can this not be tested? I'd give it - 100 stars if I could.

App doesn't work. Have downloaded it several times today and keep getting the same error "Charity miles keeps stopping" which is not quite true since it has never opened.

Hello. I’m trying to use this app for a miles competition with my family and the problem that I’m running into (haha) is that there are only three exercise options. While I do run, bike and walk, I also cross country ski and hike. Other people also kayak, swim, in-line skate, unicycle etc.) I would love it if there were more options. Also, the miles aren’t really equal. Biking ten miles on pavement is a lot easier than running ten trail miles. Shouldn’t running count for more or biking count for less? In another miles competition I was part of (called 100 miles in May) they had the miles calculated on a metabolically with running as the basis. Shouldn’t Charity Miles do something like that? Otherwise it’ll be a lot easier for the road bikers to rack up miles than the trail runners. (Just an example) Thanks. Hopefully those two things can be changed. Have a great day person reading this. -
Hasn't worked since last update. Won't launch with a 'keeps stopping' error. Cleared storage, reinstalled, made no difference.

About every third time I try to open it, the app freezes completely and the only way to sort it out is to restart my phone. Good idea, poor execution

I gave this 2 stars because I think the concept is great. Otherwise, it would be 1 star for the app function. The app looks great and is easy to use, but the tracking is horribly inaccurate which is, in my opinion, the most important part of the app.

I've used this app for the past 3 years and it consistently crashes or will not open after uninstalling/redownloading it.
