    Honestly, I'm not sure what all this app does. It operates in the bsckground mostly... so unobtrusive. But, I frequently see SOMETHING doing various security things... on my phone... online... and that brings me great comfort. I'll give thst to you.

    Since the last update, it very often won't read my finger print, and it's often a ORANGE side tab instead of the GREEN, also there's been many times, I'll notice the WiFi has turned on... what's the reason for all of this. Especially not being able to quickly login? ? ?

    I also got the app and saw the prior developer response on how to get the activation code/account number but can’t get it to work from my Century Link account. Not useful at this point.

    This will not stay running in the background. For some reason I can't get it to work correctly. And I pay my mobile carrier for the service. They haven't been able to help me with the problem either. Please advise bc my wife has this model phone and hers doesn't work right either. Update, I've tried that and I don't have those options and neither does my wife. We did take screenshots to prove.?

    Went off after year and half. Downloaded again. Won't sync with my e mail account now. McAffe support tried twice. Not able to log in after successful password change. Not able to access features I liked before such as app lock. Excellent for 18 mo. now disappointing. Update 10/20: A year later. Three more reps and three more unsuccessful. App turns off after a few minutes to a few hours. Sadly, to me, this company's products work fabulous on my laptop ⁉️

    I chose the premium version because I wanted full protection. However when I reboot my device the app doesn't start automatically. Furthermore sometimes it will just stop working in the background. These problems should be addressed. Paying for an app that doesn't work as described is misleading.

    My phone has gotten viruses, malware and I thought McAfee was suppose to help with security issues. It wont even get rid of any of it. Might have to go back to factory settings.

    Detected 2 medium level viruses and doesn't give me any options except ignore them? And then won't let me submit a complaint via email It stays stuck on submit screen, and never submits my angry report. Sucks balls! Oh n can't email screenshots,just won't make that am option upon email creation. Update: these f****** are retards I'm now locked out my account because they're McAfee thing didn't remember my password or something and I got it right it was simple and I'm locked out. Stupid shots

    2 days after I bought my fone it started acting weird. Find out I've been hacked and I can't even get into it for it said my number is associated with another email. So I do a factory reset and now it want let me download. So sick of all this craziness
