    The app is easy to use and helps to keep track of transactions and balances. It is really easy to transfer money from savings to checking also. If you have kids you can keep track of their accounts and make sure they don’t overdraft.

    It be nice if you could put on the app where you can shut your own card off if lost or stolen. So you wouldn’t have to wait for the bank because they don’t have anyone to answer a call 24 hours to help you at all. Someone could wipe out your account before they do anything. And then you have a hard time getting your money back! And I had money in my account for over a year with Centris and all the sudden it disappeared !! Well I’ve talked to other people and they said Centris did the same to them. a lot of people said they quit banking with them. I went to the bank one day to put extra money in my account and got asked where did I get money from? I was shocked it like you not allowed to save any change or get money from relatives for birthdays or Christmas and put it into your account . I didn’t know that it such a big deal to save money at home and put it into your own account. I don’t spend a lot of money so I save what I can and they made me feel like I was doing something wrong I never knew it such a big deal to save this is why I don’t like banks because it like a crime to save at home and put it in your own account.

    Most of the features are easy and understandable and I can use them with confidence. The only area I would like to see a bit more easier to understand and navigate is with payments and bill pay. I use this features to pay most of my bills; however, I still struggle sometimes with knowing how to make lasting changes to ongoing payments. Sometimes I seem to manage to choose the right options and other times, I struggle with getting to the right place. I am not a newbie to online bill pay but your system is not set up very clearly.

    It is good, but would be better if I could remotely deposit money orders. What bothers me more is the people not following through on things they said they would. Like the $10,000 on my Line of Credit that was supposed to be removed without any interest almost 1 1/2 weeks ago. I am not paying any interest on that money. Patrick S Lichter

    Helped save me time out of my day just wish the text receipts were more in depth in the sense of the description on what the transactions were like what was bought exactly i know some places don’t go into depth like that but little things like that would definitely be praised highly

    I was happy when I found out it updated but unfortunately not only does it not show pending transactions but it also shows a false balance, my available balance fluctuates with a difference of $100 so I have to manually go in and see what’s not showing and subtract but once I do it will take something out and put it right back in and it messes up the correct balance. Please fix or I will be switching to a different credit union. Not only this issue but I have multiple accounts with Centris and I can’t merge them onto one sign in like we could in the past, now I have all these different log ins for my different checking accounts even tho they are all with Centris. I have decided to close all my accounts and move to a different credit union. I liked the old app set up better

    Never had a problem with the old app. Have tried multiple times with multiple devices to get this app to work. We have even went into the bank and of course THEY can get the app to work BUT as soon as we leave IT stops. Going to our branch One more time tomorrow. If they can't fix this, we will change banks. Which is sad because we were very pleased with Centris before they updated......

    since the last update. it won't log into my account. i have to uninstall and reinstall the app. then get access maybe 2 more times then have to uninstall and reinstall the app again. this has been going on for over a month now. so I end up calling the bank to find things out and transfer what I need. this should be much easier amd not happy right now with this. fix this I'll change the review

    Can't deposit from my phone for some reason, don't even have the option. Husband used his phone, no matter how much light we had on it- it absolutely would not take. Very frustrating. at this point it's easier to deposit into my Wells Fargo account and just transfer the money as needed. Unfortunate since I had intended on closing that account. Fix your app and I'll fix the rating.

    The new update is terrible! You no longer can see your pending transactions! Any time I go to log in the wheel just spins and spins, until I eventually have to go online. This becomes extremely inconvenient as I live in Red Oak IA now where there are NO Centris locations so when the app doesn't work, I am unable to deposit any extra checks I recieve. I want to stay with Centris, but anymore it's becoming a hassle. 7 years of loyal banking, and I am sad to say I am very close to closing my account

    After the last update I lost visual of my accounts their balances and the daily activity. When I called to find a fix they are not able to look on a phone app they could only look on the computer which was not a problem. In order to get it fixed they suggested I bring it into a branch. At the time i had just tested positive for Covid-19. For their safety and mine I have not gone in consequently it’s not working.

    This new app is a downgrade from the previous app. I understand Centris wanting to provide more user friendly options within an app, but they seriously need to work out the bugs. I cant even log in from the app. It just keeps spinning and says "please wait". It's very frustrating trying to use this. Also it's no longer compatible with Mint, which was a budgeting app I used for all my accounts. Can this be fixed?

    I was hoping the new app would have more functionality but am disappointed to see you can no longer view your pending transactions. Seeing those previously helped me close my card quickly when I saw an unknown charge made by someone who hacked my card number. The app also is not always reliable letting you log in. I sometimes have to log into a browser since the app is down.

    Recently forced me to update. Both the login and Change Password screens now throw an "Incorrect password" error regardless of input (you don't even need to supply a password on the change password screen - still gives incorrect password box.). Looks like many others are experiencing similar problems and have been for the past couple of months, so I'm not holding out hope it will be fixed.

    I have had this app for a little over 24 hours and already have to uninstall and reinstall to see if it will let me log in. 100% positively no authentication or network errors, it just wont let me in. it loads and loads and loads and then then times out. Also I hate that you have to click info to see your available balance! This update is absolutely horrid.

    After the upgrade the app worked well, now recently it only lets you login and it gets stuck in a "loading" loop. The only way around it is to uninstall then reinstall the app to get access, but it only works for 1 or 2 logins, then you have to uninstall all over again.

    I really lik the new update and options for picture deposits and transfers. I would love to be able to see pending transactions. Historically speaking, I have had to uninstall and reinstall with both versions due to the app not working or stays on the log in section just trying to process.

    i’ve never had an issues with this app until its recent update where it allows you to use touch id. you must be connected to wifi if you want to be able to use it unless you want to wait 5 minutes for your information to load. WORST APP EVER FOR BANKING

    I liked the old app better. I hate the fact that I now have to log into the acct you want to transfer from. I also hate that the instant balance feature was taken away. The look of the app is nice but the change has been less than pleasing.

    horrible, horrible, horrible application. by a wide margin this is the worst mobile banking system I have ever used, not that I've used very many, but the dysfunction of this app is astounding. well over 10 times I have had to uninstall and re install just to log in to check my balance! I've been patient waiting for these serious bugs to be fixed, but it's like centris doesn't even care about their customers enough to offer a modern day basic function of banks that operates properly.

    Serious issues logging in 90% of the time. Doesn't matter if it's with biometrics or password. I usually have to completely restart my phone and still give it 3+ tries for the app to load my account. Doesn't matter if I'm on cell network or wifi. If you have another option to access your accounts use that instead!!
