    This is such a welcome improvement from the previous app! As someone who has paid monthly or annual subscription fees for budgeting & finance apps, linking all of your other bank accounts to see a big picture view of your finances and seeing where my money is going (categories like utilities, shopping, food, etc.) to help budget better, just for being a customer and at no extra charge is AWESOME!!! + Transfers & mobile deposits are EZ and I love the added convenience of biometric login!

    Reorganized CPB accounts, bill pay incorporation needs improvement. Current and pending should be organized by date of payment. Currently all over the place. Pending transaction information displayed. Faster sign on. Syncing... slow data.... syncing... complete. Faster sign in please. Option to rename your accounts from other financial institutions. My mortgage has a weird name. CPB you have a good product going. Keep your updates coming to stay on top of customer request and your mobile platform options.

    Very impressed with how much this new app is far more advanced than the previous one. Being able to add on my other bank accounts and to have all of them on one app is super convenient. I don’t have to keep opening multiple apps all the time anymore. I’m also glad we have finally have integrated Zelle, making it super easy to send money to others.

    Huge improvement over the previous version. However the same problems persist. Whenever there’s an update or basically anything CPB does it forgets your login and you must call there help phone number to log in again. Whomever makes their app should be ashamed. If CPB’s app logs me out where I have to call customer service again I’ll just switch to Bank of Hawaii or American Savings instead. I’ve been calling and writing reviews for years and they don’t listen or care.

    I don't know what app these other reviewers are using but this app is horrible. The old one was just fine. This new one requires me to have a code texted just about EVERYTIME I login in from the SAME DEVICE. I asked about remembering my device to increase the convenience of the app and was told it is based off the network connect and not device. I never expected much from the CPB app but I expect more than what this app offers.

    Most of the time i can't even log in it always says "AUTHENTICATION FAILED" why is that? Why do you even accept or recognize my biometrics security like facial recognition and finger print if i can't log in? Edit: i still have the same problem before but there's a new issue! Every time I'm logging in it's always asking for a security code on the same device!The finger print and facial recognition still the same.If i try to enter my username and password manually most of time cant even get thru!

    This app is still glitchy like the old app but has pretty colors now. The biometric is glitchy- certain sequence you have to enter to make it work. Unable to leave feedback as the last step; yes or no does not work and leaves you hanging. During each of the feedback screens, you must hit the enter button or you can't see the next button. When you first log in, your detailed info takes a while before it loads. Definitely 2 stars. It works, but you have to have a Doctorate to get through the app.

    Love this app. It has so many features. I can deposit, transfer, pay bills, keep an eye on my budget and even look at my other accounts. My bank goes with me. I don’t have to wait until I’m home at the computer to do anything. I will miss the lovely people at the branch but the time savings is enormous! Thank you for such a great app.

    The app is very sleek and easy to understand! There’s so many cool features and tools that will help me budget my finances. I enjoy that I can aggregate all my accounts (even external accounts) and see my total net worth and spending trends! I do mostly everything online and this app eliminates the need for me to go to branches for small transactions. Thanks CPB!

    I love the new app especially the budget, spend analysis feature and the transaction tagging. And not to mention the ability to send/receive money to friends and family in real time via Zelle is a far superior than POP money.

    New app is incredible, but could the old users of the old app get a heads up that theres a new app in place? Instead of constant error messages and no one picking up the support lines? Again, great new interface on the new app but a harsh rude introduction.

    Old app let me log into personal and business account. This new app only allows personal account login. New app is sexy but what good is it if I can't log in?

    Was surprised to find that the old app wasn't working today. I don't recall hearing that I needed to install the new app to view my account. After installing, my account info didn't fully populate. I needed to log out and log back.in again. Fingerprint and "Remember Me" are not working, even though I checked off both boxes and verified my fingerprint a while after logging in, when the pop up message to do so appeared. Finally-.so, I can deposit a check by taking a picture? Is there a charge??
