Feb 21, 2021 Great app, but it crashes sometimes. I've been trying to delete a saving goal but I keep getting an error message. All in all its a beautiful app with an easy to use UI -

Jan 23, 2021 Best banking app so far but I'd like to suggest some changes. 1. Let me categorise mpesa till number purchases after I'm done making the payment. It's time consuming fumbling with the categories while being in line. 2. Lower your loan and overdraft amounts. Most of your customers and people in young people who borrow ksh 100-ksh 5,000. The lowest limit should be ksh 100 and not ksh 50,000.more -

My firewall shows you guys making a connection to dbankcloud and hispace which are apparently Huawei related. What's up with that? update: Firewall was messing login attempt. Intriguing how a 3rd party connection is essential to login.more -

Feb 25, 2021 Needs to get rid of “something went wrong” every time you make a transaction. (Its very unprofessional). As well, the community thing doesn’t work and the profile completion thing does not work on iPhone. Overall its a very slow experience.more -
Jan 4, 2021 Pathetic app.I had an emergency today and the app could not generate a one time code.I contacted ncba and the agent told me she refreshed my account from their end.She told me to log out then log in.I did that and still got stuck.I called ncba again and was told to unpair my phone.I did that,logged in but could not transact.I called ncba and was told they are experiencing a problem with samsung phones(very stupid excuse).Am still stuck.Take my advise.dont put your money here.u will thank me latmore -

Feb 5, 2021 Today is the first time using the app. First off, well done! It's clean and well thought through. I must say, however, that I've been having issues (looks like a simple dev bug). Whenever I log in, I get a toast message asking me to update. I click on update it redirects me to the PlayStore and voila! I already have the latest version, but I can't use the app, since every time I open it and log in, I get greeted by the same 'Update app' message. Nonetheless, I like what I see so far. 😊more -

Jan 7, 2021 The App offers a good way of managing your payments. I use the account for online payments and subscriptions. I'm able to lock out unwanted deductions or even temporarily lock my card from any deductions. This is great! The only challenge I have is the too high deposit transaction fees charged when done via M-pesa. I believe a look at this will makey personal experience better.more

Dec 19, 2020 When someone sends money to the wrong number, at least send back whatever's left. If even 1 shilling is missing customer care says they can't reverse the transaction. You have better chances just calling the recipient. Honestly disappointed.more -

And when the app is down you notify us that its down through the application so we can't even read it..at least send us a message to our phones please..more -

What’s Subpar
When i first created an account I was excited about being able to manage my money from the comfort of my phone and without having to go to the bank. A few months in, money I deposited in a goal savings account just disappeared. It took them a few days to fix the problem, but before then i was freaking out. Then today after using it all day I can't log in because of an update request but everytime i try to update it refuses I have uninstalled and re-installed it thrice with no success. Fix this

The App offers a good way of managing your payments. I use the account for online payments and subscriptions. I'm able to lock out unwanted deductions or even temporarily lock my card from any deductions. This is great! The only challenge I have is the too high deposit transaction fees charged when done via M-pesa. I believe a look at this will makey personal experience better.
