    I have had Cash Passport cards for 9 years and used my card all over Europe, USA and Australia. It is the best, safest and easiest way for handling travel money. I would recommend it to anyone.

    Once you know how it works. When first logging in after a change of phone or an update you have to look vey closely for fields that need filling out. I like many other could not login as the button was greyed out. I then realised that there was another field between the email and password. It looks like a double line but it is a field that requires the last 4 digits of your card. I hope more people can use the app now.

    Cash Passport needs a Staement function the same as a normal bank account. Apart from that it is a good convenient solution.

    App is really handy to use, but it duplicates lots of transactions! Until I spoke to Cash Passport support staff I was panicking that money was being taken out twice on a considerable number of occasions. Being reassured that our actual balance was correct I have continued to use the app & ignore the duplications (you can check an accurate statement online).

    Very good. Switching money is easy, but we had problems when we set up the app on my wife's phone as second card holder. It was not clear whether we should use the same password as on the main card app or create a new one, with the result that i was locked out and had to start again. It may have been us, but we use only the app on my phone as the main card holder to play safe.

    I am disappointed I am being charged a non usage fee. We are in a pandemic and can't travel!! When I queried this, I was told to buy something on the Internet or top it up. So, buy something I don't want or top it up with money I can't spend on holiday. This card was set up to use on holiday only. Sainsburys travel desks are currently closed so I can't cash it in.

    Installed the app (3 attempts) After filling in the email and password the app won't open. Very Very disappointed. I may as well just us the website. Atleast it opens without fail

    installed this on my phone and I enter my email and password which I know is correct and the login button stays greyed out so I cannot use the app on my phone I can only login via my computer

    Although easy to use we've just discovered that the card has been charging use a "non-use fee" of £2 per month since last November (2018) so they've taken £24 out of our Euro balance. This has just been transferred into GBP and will be getting spent this weekend. It's ridiculous to think they can just charge this for no reason! Avoid this and just get a 0% Transaction card from your bank.

    Total waste of my time. Had so many problems with this app. Rung cash passport to what was going on. They told me to ring my own bank as it was a problem with them. This was not the case. Cash passport has cost me so much more in extra fees as I had to just withdraw money from an ATM so got hit for extra fees. My husband has had the same type of issues with cash passport. I do not recommend cash passport to anyone. Find another way if you need to travel overseas. Just not worth it.

    Absolutely rubbish! As a new customer I was led to believe by the bureau that this app was easy to use and useful. Well it never let's you get into the balance and transaction files because its log in process is totally flawed with error messages. And when you ring the 0800 number it takes you to an operator in the USA who doesn't have a clue about the app assumes you're using the laptop not the mobile phone and can not reset anything to allow you in through the app! Don't use them!!!

    App was initially very good able to load money regularly. Lately the App has been down on numerous occasions. Very frustrating and worrying if you're abroad and trying to reload. May end up getting a poorer rate at bureau de change. Garbage through no fault of my own I've lost money because Thomas Cook went bust. To convert 200 euro back into pounds I got 164 .44 but to buy same euro would cost 177 so I've been ripped of by £13 God help anyone who had a lot of cash stored in these cards.

    The app is absolutely useless. The security for the app requires you to enter the 9th. 5th. 2nd. letter of your password, each attempt it then randomly changes. So you need to write down your password count letters and then enter them. When you get it wrong it locks your accounts. So to use the app you need to have the the password written down with your card, great security.

    I am suddenly unable to top up my account online (via debit) on any device (have tried many devices many times) meaning the instant top up is impossible. This left me in trouble when I was in the USA as I had to wait several days for money to come in via bank transfer!!! I contacted Cash Passport who told me they would contact IT and get back to me and they never bothered to. Really disappointed.

    The application is great and simple to use, howeve; the email address validation on the login page does does not accept '+' characters. This required me having to ring customer support to change my login email address completely. Another issue is when both fingerprint & a pin is enabled, cancelling the fingerprint login process on my Huawei Mate 20 Pro showed the pin page with the fingerprint icon almost completely obscuring the 8 on the number pad.
