Sometimes even a few small ones if I’m busy. And now that you’re able to skip certain workouts; it’s even better because a few of them hurt me in a bad way no matter how I modify it. I’ve showed this to so many friends, & particularly my busier friends really really appreciate this app. I found it a few years ago after losing about 30 lbs and lost 100 more— then using different parts of the app and modifying with weights I put some weight back on in a much healthier way than I originally packed weight lol. It’s helped me get my energy, motivation, strength and even determination back. Definitely start with light cardio or joint friendly if you’re new to HIIT, exercising or hold pain or tension in the knees or back- skip if it hurts in a bad way or modify if you can, don’t over eat often (or under eat) and you will see positive results! more -

I have searched for a long time for a free app that gives me the freedom to choose the amount of time and has not toooo many options. (I get overwhelmed) I love this app and it’s my absolute favorite app. If it goes subscription it will break my heart lol but if they make it bigger/buy options I will totally buy it more -

I like being able to adjust time and difficulty on an individual, day to day basis. I find myself sticking to my workouts better that way. If I am having an off day, I am much more likely to complete my workout if I can change it as needed. With the preset, 30 day plans, I am more likely to just skip the day than complete a workout I just don't feel up to. more -

Each exercise is demonstrated on screen with the workout timer next to it. There is no need for any equipment either; just you in your living room. If you use some type of casting device, such as Chromecast, you can cast the phone image and audio directly to your TV. Highly recommend! more

The app stops completely when you turn your phone screen off, so I can't put it back in my pocket and listen on headphones. The only way I can use the app is if I turn the speaker volume way up and prop my phone up near my workout space. Also, the app doesn't mute music from other apps (such as Spotify) when it announces the next exercise so you can't listen to music while you workout. more -

Not worth the hassle for iPhones
Oct 1, 2018 By tspain6I use to love this app anytime I wanted good cardio besides running this was my go to app and I recommend it to a lot of my friends it’s THE best app if you have a android but if you have a iPhone it glitches and is not even worth the download. I hope admin fix’s the bugs and glitches so I can come back to this review and give it the five stars. more -
Terrible on iPhone
Jul 28, 2018 By autumnrose333I had this app on my android and loved it. Had to switch to an iPhone for work and was excited that they had this app for iOS as well. Unfortunately it’s super glitchy and lacks all the same features. You can’t randomize the workouts - who wants to do the same few exercises over and over?? There is no option to rate your workout once you are complete, so the exercises available to use don’t get harder. I tried to customize a work out and halfway through, it glitched and kept repeating “Begin” over and over. I had to reinstall the app to get it to stop and lost my customized exercises. Now, they have lost a customer. If you have an iPhone, don’t bother with this app. more

Also, I tried purchasing the premium to get rid of ads but says in app purchase not available. more -

I like that I can listen to my own music while this app goes. Only complaint would be that I don't see a lot of variety in the high intensity workouts. It's a bit repetitive if you use it often. more -

It also does not consistently announce when the next exercise will begin. I find this really annoying. In addition, the calendar is not always accurate in recording workouts. I completed a workout yesterday, for example, and it did not record it. Otherwise, the app is good as there are a variety of exercises that can be performed. more -

Only problem is the ads (but at least they don't interfere with your session) and maybe it could have a reminder alarm for those who need that encouragement. Overall I'm satisfied, I've been using the app for a few months now and definitely see results (fyi I use it in conjunction with my own workouts). more -

Beginners like me cannot get all the information they need about the exercise from the gifs. It would be great if you can include some tips about how to do the exercises correctly. Giving out tips during the workout using voice works even better. more

What’s Groovy
This app is easy to use and provides a terrific workout with plenty of variation. There's no equipment needed, so I can use it very easily when traveling. The short videos introducing each exercise are very helpful and easy to follow, even for someone who (*cough*) lacks coordination and grace. Lastly, I'd give a huge "thank you" to the developer for not putting cheesy music with it!

What’s Subpar
My sister has this app and loves it so I was excited to download it and try it but it crashes every single time I try to start a workout. And I have tried everything and it just won’t work. I’m so disappointed.
