Dec 28, 2020 Don't fall for their marketing gimmicks..fortunately I didn't buy any subscriptions.I paid for a 30minutes trial session and booked a tutor.But when I tried to join the lesson on the given date I was asked to subscribe for again.so basically I lost my 30 minutes and 199rs.These frauds don't have a reliable customer care.we have to email them and wait for their reply.In the 1st mail they will assure you that they will look into the issue.when we submit all the documents they go hibernationmore -

Oct 24, 2020 Teacher video freezed after few seconds, because the bug in the app. Their customer service and it are incompetent. They kept delaying the problem after I show them proof of the problem. iPad Pro 12.9 P.s I was then force to use a PC instead of iPadmore -

You can’t join the class in the new update there’s a problem . We used an old iPad that had the old version. Please fix it.

What’s Subpar
The app is not easy to use. I can't filter schedule by date. For example if i need a today's session i need to check the availability of the tutors for today's availability which makes it very hard to use.
