In a few quick steps, you can run an existing loan or new scenario though Caliber’s automated pricing and rules engine. Automated BPMI Multi-Borrower Discount - Our MI partners rolled out discounted MI rate adjustments back in 2018 on loans that have more than one borrower. LoanAdvisor for mobile is now updated to automatically return discounted MI rate adjustments on Borrower-Paid Mortgage Insurance transactions when applicable loans have more than one borrower. Simply indicate if the loan has more than one borrower within LoanAdvisor, and when you run pricing and product eligibility, the final MI value will be accurate and includes the discounted multi-borrower MI rate adjustment. Once the loan is locked, the pricing and product eligibility search will run automatically based on the number of borrowers entered in the 1003.
Multi-Factor Authentication - The CaliberH2O login process has now been enhanced to support multi-factor authentication. This gives you and our consumer's data an added layer of security. There is a one-time setup process where you will be asked for a verification code. These codes will be required every 7 days and you will be prompted for them at login. They can be delivered via SMS or voice call. With this change, the mobile Forgot Password process has changed slightly but will be consistent with changing your password from your desktop web browser.
Down Payment and Calculated Loan Amount - For Purchase transactions, we have expanded the data fields in LoanAdvisor product search to include the Down Payment. You can enter an amount or percentage and the app will calculate the other. In addition, using the Down Payment and Purchase price, the app will now calculate the Base Loan Amount. If you change the Base Loan Amount, we will re-calculate the down payment amount.
Flat Fee Wholesale Compensation - For our wholesale brokers, we have corrected an issue that was preventing the "Flat Fee" amount from being displayed within LoanAdvisor.
Affordable LTV Indicator - For purchase transactions, We have added the "Affordable LTV" indicator field to the product search. Toggling this switch will cause the LTV to be calculated based on the Appraised Value.
Amortization Term Option - You can now target your product searches based on the Amortization Term.

- New Lock Extension functionality within LoanAdvisor allows you to extend locks just as easily and conveniently as initial locks.
- Updated Pricing Summary has been redesigned and improved to show more lock information. In addition to lock transaction history, you can now see the most current lock details right in the app.
