    UPDATE: Feb 2019 My old problems seem to be related to not being on the latest iOS version. It still shouldn’t be broken but now that I’m on iOS 12 things are better. I agree with others about integrating the Pay app into the main app. That would be nice. Otherwise the app does what I need it to. just updated to the latest version and app can't even load--AGAIN! FIX IT. also fix your app support link to go to somewhere i can get help and not back to the app store.

    If you have say a Euro , dollar and sterling account , you CANNOT move funds from one to the other. URGENT FESTURE PLEASE ( already requested last year ). Thanks.

    I'm reassured it wasn't just me who found the app and website useless after a European directive update back in Januarywhich needed mobile phone verification. Although I know the bank has my number, unless I physically go to my branch in Spain, I am unable to access our account online. As we're on lockdown here in Britain and unable to travel to Spain for some time to come, it is very frustrating, especially as I'm not getting any response from our branch in Spain after 3 months of trying. In spite of what the response from the bank was...... no, the problem has still not been solved......now August 2020.....

    Compared to apps from other banks this app is so slow that I dread to use it. It works, but like the web based banking site, pushes many other unwanted products. This causes clutter and is perhaps one of the reasons for the slow performance.

    The website is very easy to use but, there are bugs when you try to edit the screen on the operate functions. The menus don't drop down to describe each function. Also I could make a Bizum payment because the app wouldn't allow me to confirm my account. I've uninstalled and installed the app twice more, and it still doesn't work. Can you fix this please.

    Terrible. You used to be able to decide when to pay your bills. Now recibox is useless. It just shows you future posible bills or ones you've already paid. You also could pay your credit card with another account. Now the option is gone. Very little can be done through the app without having to go to an office and waste an employee's time.

    There is no sync between Caixa Bank sign and Caixa Bank now! Although I confirm the transaction on sign, now app does not proceed with the transaction. I am doing all the transactions on my laptop since a month. What is the purpose of these apps if I have to open laptop everytime?

    The app keeps given me the nsg when i log in ( Notification from your branch. Transactions pending verification and confirmation ) Then in a box it says solicitud unificada Activo para simulation. Expires 23.07.2020 and then verify. But when i press verify it says i need to update the app or continue without. Any either if i chose continue without nothing happens and if i chose update nothing happens either. Can you please help me Rgs M.S

    Was very disappointed today, i needed to send money for some urgent paperwork translated i was NOT going to pay the extortionate fee to have same day transfer so proceeded for next day unfortunately i completed the action without a screenshot so translator wont proceed without it, go back in the app and says Nothing pending. Also takes several days to show if any purchases are made!!! I have just tried to ring but no English option and neo doesn't work

    I tried 4 times to make an appointment with my advisor, each time the appointment was made then i was advised there was a problem and to try again. Now the next appointment is days away, and the system still won't accept me. What a waste of my time

    While trying to repeat the basic euro transfer then it automaticly handles it like an international transfer where i have to pay extra fees. Only way to avoid it is to create a new euro transfer and insert the data manually again
