    "Contact us" doesn't work. Needed because having changed email address, emails still go to the old address. "Contact us" also doesn't work on the website.

    This app is really simple and easy to use for payment and collecting stamps. I use it almost daily and compared to other coffee shop apps I've used in the past, this is much better. Definitely Team Caffè Nero now!

    App has been great as it interacts with healthcare provider. But just in the last day or two, the YoYO element has chucked me out, not recognising my password. I've reset a number of times but to no avail. Can someone help as I've emailed support but no answer.

    Excellent app as I use an Huawei P40 phone that doesn't currently support Google Pay. It's one of the few apps where I can pay with my phone and also collect my rewards contactless

    I couldn't create an account. It said that I already have an account. When I tried to log into my account after typing in my password it wasn't possible to login after all. I am greatly disappointed as I was really looking forward to start using the app. Not good for customer service !

    I downloaded and tried signing up and it wouldn’t let me and said my account was blocked. I get a support email from Yoyo asking for my full name, birthdate, home address, billing postcode and phone number. They tell me they need to run a credit check in order to let me use the app. This is a rewards and online ordering app, not a credit card! Why would you need all that info? I’m not about to send all my info over email to this unknown third party company just to order a stupid coffee. Never had this problem before with any other app. They seriously need to reevaluate their system because they just lost a customer.

    I had money auto-loaded on to the old app last week. Upon entering a store in Boston, I was informed that the old app no longer works. I also have several rewards credits on the old app. No one can give me a simple answer on how to get my credits moved to the new app. On the Starbucks app, this takes 10 seconds. If it has to do with the email linked to my account, then why haven’t the credits moved over automatically? Dreadful experience thus far.

    I’ve got these vouchers from this new app. Out of the 50% of my visit with mobile orders, I either had my drink missing caramel pumps or the people missed my orders. I think there is some improvement to be done so they know when to look at the tablet. That wasted my 10 minutes waiting inside while it should’ve been quick and easy. They aren’t really busy at store.

    app does not work. my account was locked after phone confirmation. no problem earlier collecting all my data. smells like a scam to get my phone number. sent message to support but no reply. good thing i did not enter a credit card number. trued twice. i have used the previous caffe nero app for years without any problem. installed the new one only because the old one is being phased out. new product roll out quality leaves much to be desired. i may stop my shop visits after this fiasco.

    I have tried using the new app several times of late. First time in Wellesley barcode was scanned 4 x for 2 drinks and it took ages of wasted time trying to process the order. Second time In Burlington mall their system was down so could not use app at all. Third time yesterday in Arlington was the first good and uneventful experience, so the jury is out in terms of rating this app. Pretty pathetic response so rating goes down to a 1 star!

    And now customer service is insisting on asking a bunch of intrusive private information. Bottom line, their customer service is making sure they are not helpful and won’t unblock anything. This is a really weird situation. Yoyo wallet team - never again. I wouldn’t trust them with any information now.

    Walked in to a nero store today. Old app wouldn’t even load. Couldn’t pay with app. Loaded this app. Didn’t accept my login from the old app. I had cash balance and reward points on the old app. Where is my money and reward points? Nero corporate are you reading these? Not a good way to keep customers happy pulling stunt like this without any warning.

    Just installed on a new phone, presses forgot password and cannot get any further as it doesn't seem to recognise the email address even though that is the address all the emails go to so now I have no way of collecting or redeeming.

    This is a terrible user experience. The app is promoted in the store to download and once I did so my account was blocked immediately. The barista said this happens to everyone who downloads the app so why even bother advertising it in the store? So strange.
