Now I'm not getting any text messages or phone calls and I use this for my work. I paid for full service also. I'm starting of switch apps, which is what I don't want to do because my customers has my PL number. Hopefully it gets worked out soon! Please and thank you! more -

They invented a story about my "new account having reached its texting limit for the day" (I don't use the app bc it doesn't work) and didn't understand what I meant when I asked to transfer my line to Google Fi, seems legit for a phone company... more

It’s good for texting, you don’t have to pay to call with this second phone number. When I don’t wanna give out my number I use PrivateLine. This calling app works really great and I like it a lot!

What’s Subpar
UPDATE: The app support team finally responded about my texts not working. They wrote, "Sorry for the issue. After checking, we found that your account has reached the daily limit of sending text messages for your new subscription, so the text function is restricted currently. Please try again the next day, it will be back to normal the next day. Thank you for your understanding." So, this app DOES NOT come with unlimited text and calls. That is fraudulent advertisement. DON'T use this app.
