    I really loved the service though there were issues but the sot it out immediately. I did not recive one item But when we called them and they answered it immediately and we received the idea it was just a small mistake. If we do not take the small mistake in consideration it wad an amazing service. One thing i loved was everything was eco friendly everything was in paper packaging loved it. It was amazing. Amazing offers and value for both food and money love the customer service. Love it yummy

    Terrible experience....i was placing the order n app directed me towards login details n when i put everything, app doesn't respond....after 6-7 trails, i finally gave up...very disappointing.

    On my last order BK sent plain fries instead of peri peri fries. Even after complaint no one followed up or even bothered to refund the money. The delivery took more than an hour when app says 40 mins. Still the burgers weren't properly cooked. Terrible experience.

    Terrible experience, very disappointing. I placed my order at around 1:20 pm today, using the Burger King App. My order was accepted and online payment was made. Upon not receiving delivery for an hour, at 2:20 pm I called their outlet on the Tel. No. that I received by SMS from Burger King during confirmation of order. I was told by that outlet that they don't deliver to my address. So I requested them to cancel my order and make a refund, which is the only thing that they did promptly.

    I've had the most horrible expirence with this application. Trust me you are better off walking to the store, buying the burger, walking back home , eating the burger and doing it all over again than to wait for this app. After waiting for an hour and a half my food still isn't here. The app doesnt let you speak to customer care, just asks you to drop a mail. You are better off cooking a burger at home from scratch than to use this. Stay away, junk food is bad and this just made it far worse.

    Your policy says that order would be delivered in maximum 40 minutes. Its been 1 1/2 hours and still my order hasn't arrived even though burger king is literally 10 minutes away from my house. This is from your official app service where you charge 30 rupees delivery charge and 30 for restaurant handling charges.If I had ordered the same items on zomato or swiggy I wouldn't have to pay restaurant handling / delivery charges and still get a good service. my food is still not here. It's been 2 hrs

    I can see the restaurant from my balcony , still app shows non of the restaurant near by your location. Usless app.

    Very poor service and very disappointing app, there is no number for customer care if something goes wrong and you have to inform support team, you will have to write email. I did that but no response on email yet. Received damaged bag and open fries

    Great launch of loyalty programs... doomed by a Buggy app... bugger king... Super slow app, fails to pick address in one go eventhough you feed it the correct one... also, there is a bug where it "view cart" does not load...

    App is slow and not much user friendly. Causes irritation to the user due to slowness. No offers. During payment, after seeing the spinner for more than 40 sec i had to literally close the app and then order the same items via swiggy. Also one observation - if one orders the same food items via swiggy then he/she may get the same order faster and also can save some amount on the order with swiggy coupon. If no offers/benifits using this BK App, why should one use it? 🤔

    No support is provided to customers. This app does not help the customers to contact Burger King and report their issues! Should have provided in app services to directly contact Burger King support team rather than providing links and websites. I had ordered a beautiful meal which was a whopper and crispy chiken Burger and cheesey fries. But the best Burger of my meal(the whopper)was not at all acceptable as the pattie was completely🔥BURNT BLACK🔥and when I tried to REPORT THIS, I got no help!

    They say no delivery fees over order of 299 but still it charges delivery fees. They don't stand on their own comittments. Lol. And u people don't solve problems written on your customer care email id.
