If you're wondering how a very specific motherboard would go with your favorite graphics card - BuildCores is a great place to research, compare, and figure out the right combo for your needs. An enormous database of over 100,000 parts will give you a good idea.

Was looking for an app similar to PCpartpicker, must say it’s pretty spot on. It may not have all the parts one would want but it allows you to add custom parts with premium version. And that’s only for the price of a candy bar or two. As a recent buyer of this product i would highly recommend it. It makes PC building easier and fun. I really look forward to more content in the future, this app has so much more potential in it still. Especially since there’s nothing in the App Store similar to it! Great job Dev, keep up the wonderful work and give yourself a pat on the back. 👍🏼

Considering that at the time of this review, that the app is still in progress, I have to say that it is amazing. It's really easy to navigate, it looks very refined, and it's all organized very nicely. The only thing I would call out is the lacking database. The creator has addressed the issue though and plans to fix it in the near future. That's another thing. The creator is very interactive and actively works to imrpove the app with suggestions from the app's users.

Normally I would just used PC part picker, but I wanted to have this on my phone because I don’t always have my crime book next to me. It’s an all-around really good app and very easy to use and I suggest anyone that’s looking to get a PC get this for quick and easy use. The only problem I have with this app is that it doesn’t tell you if it updates prices on pieces or how frequently it does it. But there’s no reason to knock off a star because of that. And again I would really suggest this to anyone who wants quick and easy access to parts and prices easily.

This app is amazing, I really want to get into building PCs and this app is perfect for starters, I personally can't wait for more variation of parts, and filters. I also really like the 3 Pre-Built PCs, budget, sweet spot, and incredible optimum gaming high budget. I will try and make a mediocre between budget and sweet spot! Please take yourself a good break OP, don't stress yourself developing this app, so much effort put for its initial launch, it's quite a fun app, I really love computers.

I downloaded this app recently and even bought the premium version. This app is very easy to navigate and looks absolutely beautiful. I enjoy comparing parts for my current build and seeing prices for each part. My only critique is if we could see price changes of parts and have an option to add missing parts from the database. I have 2 parts in my build that don’t show up in the list of parts on the app. Besides this, I am having a blast with it! Looking forward to seeing what this app has to offer in the future.

For the most part this is a great app but, it needs some improvements. The database is very small so you have limited options and there are no peripherals in the data base at all. There is also is a bug where the app can crash when you use the filter tool. it doesn't happen all the time but it's enough to be annoying. But overall it's a very good app and you should give it a shot.

When I saw this app I got excited because I just got done building my first build but I started building my second one using this app with not many issues at all. There were some bumps at first but then I learned more about the app and found out some things that made building easier and more reliable. I recommend this app to anyone beginning their first build or even starting the 30th build. No matter if you are starting or an expert at PCs, this app makes learning or even just building another PC, easier.
  • A pretty good app, just not many parts to choose from Sep 29, 2020

I really think this app could be amazing, but at the moment it’s kind of limiting. Other than that it’s really well designed, the compatibility filter seems to work great, and overall it’s an enjoyable experience. It would be neat to be able to see builds other people upload to a community page within the app, but that’s a pretty big demand and isn’t a reason to like this app less. Just giving an example of how this app really has the potential to do a lot.

I've enjoyed this app with some build designs. Works well when the components you're looking for are listed. Recently, I've switched to NZXT power supplies, which are not available for selecting in the app. Harshdeep, I've been using the NZXT E650 and NZXT E850, though it looks like the E650 was discontinued. Thank you for considering my comment. Chris

  • Wonderful App - Lots of Potential Nov 7, 2020

This app is an amazing tool that has helped me visualize my future PC, and even provided a space where my dream pc build can come to life. I think this is a great app, and it is going places. One thing I would definitely love to see in the future in the app is 3D modeling. This would really set this app apart from others. However, that is a major goal to accomplish, and in the meantime, just adding more parts to use is great. Overall, amazing app, and I would definitely recommend.

I genuinely hate to have to do this, but my experience with the app was terrible. Upon first running the app, I was greeted with terrible performance. A laggy UI and downright unresponsiveness. When I tapped on anything in the app, the UI lagged horribly. I figured it was no big deal, as sometimes a UI is just a little laggy sometimes. after I was done selecting all of my parts the app completely froze. I first thought that it was just the app and I could close it, but no, the entire phone was.

I had gotten this app so I could use it as a better advantage shortcut for PC Part Picker. Was working on what was my first low budget gaming PC, but I clicked on the RAM button to select my DDR3 RAM, and the app crashed. It now refuses to open, even after closing the app (swiping it up), and restarting my iPad. There are multiple improvements that are needed, like less advertisements, and of course the crash bug, but I won’t reveal the rest until the bug is fixed. Great app, but needs some major improvements.
  • Great idea ... Lacking items Jan 14, 2020

Tldr: don’t trust the database there are many, many more options then the app displays. Great idea for a phone app. Having an outline of a build on hand is great, and the ability to look up optional parts is great for planning or working around problems/dilemmas. However, the database is severely lacking in items. I wonder if this app is just for advertising and the developers are getting kick backs for clicks, as the scope is quite narrow and ignores a huge amount of other available options, brands, and models.

Good Looking for something to do the job of pcpartpicker and this is fine. Links parts to Amazon for purchase but most of us are just trying to piece together a rig and will search for the best deals afterward. Haven't seen any issues with comparability so far. Lay out is clean and easy. One suggestion is when searching for parts that a price and larger description be displayed, or, results for specific spots load into the normal selection screen. Going through search results kinda sucks as is

I have been planning for the past weeks, I am personally a picky person like seriously picky and I found this pretty good enough help for all the people who needs help with their builds. More of pieces are missing and some details about the existing pieces that are already on the app would be great. Very friendly and easy user interface creating a good experience. Please guys keep it up making better this app I would be pleased to pay for a pc build app.

Amazing App! One suggestion would be on confirmation screens you should swap the buttons. So on "Add to my build?" The add and cancel buttons should be reversed (add on left, cancel on right). That's just the norm for most things. I keep hitting cancel lol

I've been using build cores for about 5 weeks and planning three build my new personal build, my friends personal build, and another friends build but I've had alot of issues of not finding the parts I've been trying to find if it's not a certain brand of GPU the. It's ram I've been trying to find for it as well. For example I tried to find the Zotac 2080 to put into my build but I can't find it maybe I'm just bad at using the app but it gets quite annoying
  • Really well done. Just missing the database. Aug 21, 2019

    By /\/\!le$
I love the UI. I love the feature set. It looks and works gorgeously and I can see this being an essential tool for us computer nerds to price and compare and keep track of our dream builds. It is much more convenient to use than pcpartpicker. The only downside is the size of the database. I know the developer has stated that they are adding more parts and pieces every day but it is missing quite a few newer makes and models of certain motherboards, graphics cards, and everything else. I know the items lists are growing but I would love to see older and used parts added as well (even without the prices or benchmarks would be fine). Anyways this is a beautiful application and I look forward to giving this a permanent place in my storage.

This app is something I've wanted for awhile now, its basically a very simple but impressive PcPartsPicker but slimed to make it more optimized for phones. It's missing some parts here and there but, the core is there to make a fantastic app in the future! Keep at it developers you've got something here.

Excellent! Thanks for adding multiple storage support! There are still a few parts missing which i'd like to keep track of - like the G.Skill Trident Z Neo 3600 (32GB) kit and the Corsair 680x Black PC case. I also still think it would be a great feature to add support for PCI cards (using the selected mobo's specified maximum slots) and OS selection. Hope to see these someday - keep up the great work!
  • Really good app one problem Dec 19, 2020

    By Induce Yt
Overall I really like the app, it’s a good substitute for pc part picker for people using phones. However my only complaint is tons of the prices say n/a just because they are out of stock and it makes it really hard to stick with a budget. But other than that it’s really good just maybe more retailers like micro center could be added.
  • Needs updating Jan 30, 2019

By I can't think ofa nickname
This app is very well organized and appears to have very good intentions. However, there is one major flaw in that it lacks its advertised large library of different components. They only have the most common or most expensive processors, and one thing that bothers me is the lack of different versions of similar components or just a general variety. There are so many more components than there are listed, and the developers should really add more or create a system in which people can add components themselves.
  • Pretty good, needs better catalog display Sep 25, 2021

    By VampiricSlaya
This app is the best app I could find for moblie, but the main issue is the catalog display, as there are numerous instances I’ve found where a specific part is missing, and sometimes prices are inaccurate (by a small margin) but the menu UI is fantastic, and another great feature is the compatibility filter, making build easier for new enthusiasts.
