If your toddler throws tantrums even after the trip is over and your family arrives home, the game can help on the longer runs. Besides being fun, it focuses on teaching kids how to behave so they slowly learn while playing the game.

Trying to understand why we feel the way we do is something that 9/10s of adults have trouble communicating, and it only gets worse with kids. Luckily, Breathe Think Do helps children learn to understand and handle their emotions in responsible and positive ways.

Having a learning disability can be overwhelming for children and parents alike. However, you can help your child calm down in 5 minutes or less so that he or she can get back to focusing on overcoming their struggles and succeeding anyways.

Kids can suffer from the same anxieties that we adults can, although a game such as this can help in these situations. By teaching kids how to stay calm in certain scenarios where persistence or attention to detail is required, you're teaching them valuable life lessons, even if you play just 10 minutes per day.

I have a 5 yr old Aspergers/ADHD son who is prone to tantrums and hitting I am giving this 4 stars because he seems to enjoy this app over similar (more highly rated) apps. Unfortunately, it has very few examples, and often suggests solutions either not typically available or encourages a child to have someone else do the task. However, it does provide a good simple "model" he has memorized, so we can play-act being the monster and pop imaginary bubbles when he needs to deal w/real situations.
  • Great for school psychologists and educators Oct 20, 2016

As a practicing school psychologist I use this with all of my elementary school students. During our sessions we focus on de-escalation techniques, mindful practices, cognitive distortions and realities, solution-oriented approaches, and conflict resolution. This app teaches ALL of that in a child-friendly and engaging format. I have recommended this app to many of my colleagues and recommend it to any educator or parent wishing to enhance the aforementioned skills.

Not enough in the app to keep it. My son had gone through the whole app in 45 min. and was done. Yes he could go over the app a couple more times but then it is pretty much pointless. I wish there was more scenarios because I do love the app the concept is great just wish they would have went a little farther with it.

Really good modeling for kids - the process is slow as a reminder to slow down and take your time to breathe and really think. I wish they had more scenarios, and hope future updates offer them.

Wow! I'm a developmental specialist and this is perfect for children and parents I work with. I got it for my iPhone 6s and have tried it a few times and works perfectly so far. I'm excited that there is finally attention being given to emotional development and not just abc and 123

My almost 2 year old is having a lot of fun with this app. He caught on to the deep breathing and it has given us vocabulary for when he’s upset. I ask him to try his monster breathing. He is starting to get the concept and is really able to regulate much faster.

Amazing! Teaches kids how to deal with frustration. My daughter loves it and giggles about the situation and practices deep breathing and LOVES popping the bubbles.
  • Nice when it works and isn’t crashing Aug 25, 2018

    By lmiyaohno
Having a problem with crashing on my iOS device. When it works it’s a nice tool for teaching my newly 3yr old, deep breathing, self awareness, problem solving, problems, and managing himself. I wish 1. It didn’t crash so dang much and 2. There were more examples of the monster getting upset and finding a solution, and 3. Less ask a gown up for help...example: monster building a bock tower that falls. His options are, wider base, two separate towers, ask an adult. The monster could as a friend .
  • Would be great if it worked consistently... Jun 12, 2016

Only worked once on an older generation iPad. After that only the audio worked. The visual was stuck on the home screen. On a newer iPad it would work but would often freeze, causing my toddler to be in the same frustrated state the main character is in!
