Sometimes a game will take your credits and then be interrupted by an error. Tech support rarely acknowledges any problems on their end. But will “reimburse missing credits as a courtesy”. They removed my favorite game, “Pigs Will Fly”, a few months ago. I haven’t played as much since then. One good thing is they often offer 100% bonus credits when you purchase credits. Sometimes it’s even more.more -

It takes too long to get enough free coins to play and it's way too expensive to buy coins for a game you can't even win real money on. It's just not a balanced game. The spin wheel is rigged so you never get any decent prizes and the slots are rigged even worse. You'll have better luck playing at a real casino, because at least you'll have a chance at winning.more -

Extremely low daily coins
May 23, 2017 The free play is extremely stingy. Yes, you get 500 coins, but the minimum bets are usually around 200, so after 2 spins you're done for the day. Also does NOT let you change your profile settings. More frustrating than anything. About to delete.more

The daily free coin awards are a pittance compared to the minimum amount needed to play the games so I would rather play games with more frequent and larger free coin awards. Too bad really since I used to frequent the Borgata casino in Atlantic City when I lived on the East coast. I was hoping this app would bring back pleasant memories of those times but it does not. Very disappointing on many levels.more -

It’s a good game. I like the variety with the tournaments, slots and table games but some of the games force close so that’s annoying. I also would like maybe to have notifications when the tournament you’re in ends so I can check or at least go back and play.

What’s Subpar
If this is how tight the slots are in their free app I want no part of Borgata's real thing. Add in that the games are uninspired, the graphics are bland and it takes several steps to change your bet, and it all adds up to a one star rating.

They still have work to do on this app . A lot of errors in this game . But there’s a lot of games to pick from so that’s one thing good . And some of the games are set up weird in the way you have to pick the amount your betting with . -
Slowly shrinking
Many of my favorite games have disappeared! It seems that some of the more creative games or those that seem to pay off more often have slowly been deleted from the line up. Butterflies, Gonzo’s Quest, Hansel and Gretal, among others.
