Oct 17, 2020 I don't mind this app but the one thing I miss from the old app is it doesn't show the previous balance. I really liked that feature and also now I can't see my direct deposits until after 6:30A.M. Kinda miss the old app for those things.more -

Dec 30, 2020 Worst app. Always going down and when you call the bank they transfer you a few times trying to find someone to help you but nobody has a clue how to log in. This has happened 3 times now and the staff at the bank are clueless on what the issues are, they tell you just to wait it out. So frustrating!more -
Oct 15, 2020 So it worked great and then we got an update and it crashed and when I went to the app it didn't say update or anything. It took me uninstalling and reinstalling for it to work. Mind you I called 2 times and every person said use the website not the app. So NO ONE KNEW. So if you are like me and don't know why the app won't work you have to uninstall it and make sure you know your password ,username, and first security question. But should have had an update option otherwise told people. 🙄more -

Oct 22, 2020 Ever since they switched to this new app, my money keeps showing random charges/withdrawls/transfers that weren't made. Things that had been finalized go back up in to pending after a week. This has been just a major headache and NOT a step in the right direction.more -

What’s Groovy
After a few Updates, this app is more stable. I don't find myself having to force close the app after every entry. I hope they keep working at making the app more seamless oh, but they've done a great job since December.

What’s Subpar
The camera function for mobile deposit uses less than half of the screen. You can't see if the picture of the check will be clear untill afterwards. For some reason the picture isn't taken immediately after pressing the capture button.
