  • Great for weight lifting on your own Oct 24, 2020

As a woman, weight lifting has always been very intimidating. I never even went near that area in the gym because I simply had no idea of what to do. I love this app because it really 1. breaks down all the steps for me, 2. provides a plan, and 3. shows each movement in a video. Since downloading this app, I have been using it to lift small free weights at home. It’s been a great substitute for the gym during the pandemic, and I hope that by the end of this pandemic, I can get enough confidence to use the weight lifting section at my gym. I recommend this app! Feedback: It would be better to show the videos up front instead of hiding it in the hyperlink!

  • Fitness app for people that actually cares about fitness Oct 9, 2020

First I gotta saw I’ve been on the hunt for a good fitness app ever since quarantine started. I’ve downloaded literally every fitness app out there but most of them are just hype with no substance. A lot of the programs are written by social media influencers that don’t have a clue about fitness. I’m actually looking to get stronger not just “exercise to look skinny” so I was kinda disappointed. Sadly the few good apps out there aren’t free :( Now this app is different!! Here’s why: - Actual exercises made by professional coaches to help you build muscle/endurance/mobility. No bs just solid exercises and plans - Perfect for beginners (It’s kinda embarrassing but I have no clue how to properly use some of the equipment in my gym but this app has videos that demonstrate how!) - FREE I just started one of the planet fitness plans and am feeling great! Highly recommend to everyone out there who’s sick of working out to videos of social influencers lol. Seems to be a new app but I hope they’ll add more programs in the near future!

The video tutorials don't load sometimes. Please look into this. I am giving this 5 stars because its completely free and the workouts really make me sweat. Keep up the amazing work !
  • Best workout app I’ve tried- and it’s free! Dec 29, 2020

My first time writing a review but I had to because this app has revolutionized how I view “exercising” and running in general. I only use it to run (so far) and the beginner workout starts out much easier than I needed it too, but I was already in less than great shape to begin with. I used the first few weeks to just enjoy my light runs. Now I’m up to running more every other day than I have at any other point in my lifetime. Overall great app for learning how to approach training.
