    Doesn't show menu choices before Order Now! How do I know what you have so I can decide before getting involved with ordering. I just want to see the menu and prices first.

    My family and I enjoy eating at Bob Evans restaurant, their food is always fresh and the restaurants are very clean. Thanks to all their employees , every one we have visited the staff is always really great! I would definitely recommend Bob Evans to anyone wanting a down home meal! Great Job Bob Evans youre doing a fine job!! Enjoy from the Amjid family!

    I have used the website to order from Bob-Evans in the past and thought I could use that account with this app. However when I tried to use the e-mail from the account it ordered me to create an account. I believe that if you have an account created from the website it should be available to be used on the app as well.

    my wife and I have been going to Bob Evans for years and we’ve always enjoyed a great meal and a great atmosphere if you’re looking for really good food this is the place you must go. The staff is always friendly and they have clean restrooms and the prices are always right keep up the good work

    Using the app was not difficult, but I only gave 2 stars because when I got to review my order, special instructions were not listed. I'm assuming my order will come out ok, but if it's not I have nothing to show the cashier how it was supposed to be.

  • Can’t sign in with my existing Bob Evans account Oct 28, 2020

    I tried sending this issue through App Support, but that link sends me to a form for contacting customer service about a restaurant location. There isn’t anywhere else to actually post issues with the app. I already have a Bob Evans account that contains my order history, favorites, and payment sources. The app shows a button to SIGN IN /SIGN UP, but the process only allows an option to create an account; there is no actual sign-in process. I proceeded through the prompts, and I used my same login credentials to go through the ‘create account’ process, and sure enough, my order history doesn’t exist in the app. Bottom line, the Bob Evans website is the only place that I can actually sign in with an existing account. Existing account information apparently does not sync to the app, and the app does not accommodate logging in without creating a new account. Unfortunately, I had to delete the app for now. Hopefully, this issue will be fixed in an update in the near future. I’ll take the free slice of pie for downloading the app, but I want to login (sign in) using the account I already have to see my order history, favorites, payment sources, etc. I’ll be waiting for the fix.

    This app is slow and errors out for me. There is no option to place a coupon code. They really need to add a place to input coupon codes that you mail to me! >:(

    I’m shocked that Bob Evan’s has an app that is not overly user friendly. We shop many restaurants without any issues whatsoever. The Bob Evan’s app is by far the worst of all that we use. Ironically, your pick up and delivery food quality/menu/service is top notch. I was asked for specifics on my experience. Here are just a few: Many times the app will not let us order individual meals, only family meals. Many times the app will not accept my credit card as payment. Yet my credit card works on all other websites. Nov. 16th, the app let me place an order, yet the restaurant never received the order. I know that date because it was my birthday. My husband had to scramble to feed our small gathering by going to KFC.

    Not off to great start. Completed first order. Submitted it for checkout. Got an error that some of our items were not available. However, the only options were to clear the cart or go back to ordering. There was no way to review the order or see which items were not available. Cleared the cart and placed the order via their website without issue. It was also easier to order via the website. The app is clunky and over-complicated.

    What can I say it’s Bob Evans, the food is always good, and the price is very reasonable for what you get!! Once you try their grilled to perfection chicken you won’t want anything else!

    I place my Thanksgiving order a day in advance. Went to curbside pickup and called. Told to wait because “we just go a big order”. They hadn’t even started mine. What’s the point in ordering in advance if it isn’t going to be ready at the time requested? Otherwise, the app is decent.

    A few recommendations: Need to add “egg(s)” to side orders. If I want a 5-egg omelet, I can’t order that from the app. The user should be able to choose a favorite location, so they’re not prompted to search for a location every time they order. Will probably append ideas as use increases.

    I like the concept however i feel like sine changes could be made ..like the customer should be able to pick how much of a tip they want to pay, so makif the tip option customizable would be great. And if a customer chooses pick up they shoulf be able to pay at the restaurant.

    I like the app but it's kinda useless because there is no way to use gift cards in the app. You want to make you app useful? Make it useful.

    While the app’s design is nice, the only payment option is with credit card. Bob Evans sells gift cards but, you are unable to use them with this app unlike the IHOP app. Please add the option in a future update.

    I got a free slice of pie offer. Went to create a Pickup online order with a slice of pie with the offer turned on. Did the Order Review. Top of screen says “some items unavailable at this time”. I turned off the offer, created the same order but didn’t get the error message with the offer turned off.

    We only ordered two meals. The app said the food would be done by 11:05am and was not done until 11:25am. Therefore, it took almost an hour from when we ordered to make scrambled eggs and over easy eggs. If it takes that long for breakfast, I'm afraid of how long something harder, like chicken, would take. Along with the fact that the girl at the counter was really rude and would not check on the status. We will not be coming back.

    First time and last time. I had an offer when I downloaded and used the app. When trying to place my order, I get an error that something went wrong and they didn't have an item in my cart. There is no message about what they were out of, no option to fix. Either clear cart or go back, but because I don't know what's out, I can't fix my order. After 15 min. I gave up and shopped elsewhere. The free pie offer wasn't worth the hassle.
