My brother introduced me to this app a few days ago. Initially I was incredulous due to the fact that I have played face-to-face Bid for 40 years. I am happy to report this app is AWESOME! Becuase it is hard to find players under 45 years old these days, this is a great substitute. I love it!

Have we humans gotten smarter than a computer or just smarter than a computer programmer. It is frustrating to have your partner at the north working against you! And to have the team member at the west get the big joker 60% of the time. This could be a really Great game if it were fair with the deal and a partner up north that didn’t work against you.

The game of bid whist was introduced to me at a very early age, and I was intrigued by its methodology. Watching the “masters” play only heightened my persistence to play and learn more. This computer version is good, however, with input from players it could be, GREAT! To many glitches, uncertainties, it’s not fair. It potentially could be the top if all the whist games I’m the store. It’s just not there yet. But I keep playing...

I consider myself to be a pretty good Whist player. I definitely don’t want to be dominated by the game/opponents, however, it seems that the developer is a rookie or underestimated the average player’s skills by far. My “partner (the computer)”, usually plays it’s weakest card when it actually has the winning card smh.

Besides an earlier complaint from another player’s review that if you have the bid, your partner most times will keep playing your trump until you run out or very low, this game also plays as if the opponent on your left know wheat you have in your hand. As an example if the opponent on your right plays a Jack, you have the King but you don’t want to play it because the Ace is still out, most times the opponent on your left will not play the Ace, allowing his partner to win the book, however in a quality competitive game, the player on your left would have played his Ace, unless of course he already knew my partner couldn’t win the book. If the opponent on my left wasn’t already aware my partner couldn’t win the book, normally, in other instances they are programmed to play their highest card. A minor complaint is this game does not celebrate a Boston in a thrilling victorious way.

Could be good but I wish my partner could play. They will continue to play all the trump even when the opponents don't have any. They won't play your suit back on a no trump but open a random suit. It's very frustrating.

if you make a mistske or hit the wrong button..you cannot back up, reverse, or return to previous. Also, you cannot read what the bids are when they place the icon of front telling you what the previous opponents did. You cannot see that last line clearly. Please move it down or available to see completely.

Developer may not be a highly-skilled player. My computer partner continues to play to the opponent’s hand. It is programmed to play the highest card in its hand even when that helps the opponent. In a “No Trump” NEVER play back to the opponent’s suit, even if it seems like a “weak” card. Happy to help work with the developers if they will contact me!

The game is great and the pop up ads never bothered me until I started receiving ads for Donald Trump. Getting Donald Trump ads after every hand is frustrating.

I like the game, however playing strategy is not that good with the computer partner. Jokers are wild...not understanding when you get the bid and lead trump with big joker on first round and then lead with a lower trump card and computer partner has second joker, but doesn't play it until later in game, thus allowing your opponent to gain a hand of play...this is called a "fishing" strategy that is used amongst bid whist players and it's frustrating.....

This bid whist game needs to be reconstructed. I have been playing this game with some of the worst incorrect rules on the world. I have been plays the game for a long time (50) years and I know that joules has not chances the rules. You might want to get the rules right and update the game.

I think this game is good but rigged. Every time I get two jokers I’m out bid with a no trump. The scoring is a bit screwy but all in all it’s an ok game.

This bid whist game is unlike any other online game I've played. They call phones smart, but this game is the most stupid bid whist game I've ever played. Doesn't know when to stop playing Trump when opponents don't have them, plays best cards first when Ace's are still out there.... Ugh 🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁 No

Whoever is the programmer can’t play. It’s so ridiculous I don’t know where to begin. I bid a Trump and my partner holds both jokers and I come out with a card at least 5 cards can beat. What does he do? He holds the joker and play a middle card and loose and consequently I’m set. Next my partner has more trumps than me. What does he do? He takes all of my trump and come out with a loser and I can’t cut and loose the game. Next I bid a no trump and my partner has the two aces I need. He wins the first then plays his other ace which I play that suit also. What does ho do next? He breaks a different suit which he has no winners. I went from a Boston to set! Also all computer players play all their aces first in a no trump and have no winners to continue. Next, a no trump is bidded every time unless the player has both jokers. It’s no way to tell but sometimes I think the computer manipulated the hands as the game progresses. There seems to be a pattern sometimes. Nevertheless, this is my favorite bid whist app. Not for the challenge just movement and preferences. Please, please, hire a programmer who has experience. Use a random number generator to deal the cards. I used to program. I could easily make this app earn an additional two stars. Lastly, I’ve lost my patience so many times. My dog can play better than my computer partner. I’ve had so many potential Bostons, just to be set. I had to add this: I just out bid my partner’s 4 no trump with a 5 no downtown. I was 2 suited missing the ace to one of my suits. The ace was my only loser. I came out with a spade and my partner played the ace. I’m now looking at a “Boston”. My partner then plays an Ace of diamonds which I didn’t have so I played a heart. My partner then played a loser in diamonds and that was the game. We didn’t win another book. So pathetic!!

Single game play is so very rigged...computer gets big and has every card in the suit...you get the bid and hardly ever do you get enough to make the bid...don’t even talk about the single play partner...it never plays the right card! It’s a rigged game and not in your favor.
