The only thing positive i would say about beyondmenu platform is less fees than other platform such as Grubhub, Doordash etc, but that's the only good part. Beyondmenu doesn't protect the merchant like DD or GH. Even if it shows that our driver is out for delivery through the app, it still doesn't protect merchants especially after a customer dispute a order after they received it. I'm in the process of disabling a restaurant on Beyondmenu platform.

Like the old version better. We can deactivate and modify menu. This new version is very restricted.

ClEVIL: claimed and listed our restaurant as No Dine-In during the pandemic
By Tok Tok MeeMy client’s restaurant operates throughout the pandemic, but her google profile is shown as no dine-in. Thanks to all who posted their experience here. All the claims confirm my suspicion. I don’t understand how Google will even verified them as the rightful owner of a restaurant. Maybe their delivery man took the Google postcard while they are at our shop? The “no dine-in” is really a smart move because it drives all the customers to their business. Except it costs us a toll. Customers seem to have long remember that we remained close.... now it is extra difficult to get them back. Their charges are low comparing to many competitors. But to claim a listing you don’t own and actually change the status to no dine-in is PURE EVIL.

Beyond Menu is a Scam for restaurant owners.
By Sergio LABeware, their business plan is very shady and dishonest. Beyond Menu hijacks the Google My Business page of restaurants requesting ownership over it. Then after they get control of the page, they replace the restaurant online menu page for their own online ordering platform to generate revenue for them, ALL of this without the knowledge of the owner or manager. They did it against us before and it took my a lot of time and help from google to get our Google My Business page back. Now they are trying to do the same one more time. I wish Google will blacklist Beyond Menu and Kydia Inc from requesting ownership of restaurant they don’t own. Search Google and you will find a lot of complains and information about how they operate.

This is really disgusting, and their customer service is really rude, keeping calling my restaurant and bother my business, I need to cancel work with them, and suggestion every body don’t use this company, service really awful!

They also need to have a phone number verification for customers so that restaurants don’t have to deal with fake numbers. Their app seems pretty out of date compared to other services. Recently, their “future order” feature doesn’t show the red bar so you can’t even tell it’s a future order unless you’re paying close attention.

They also need to have a phone number verification for customers so that restaurants don’t have to deal with fake numbers. Their app seems pretty out of date compared to other services. Recently, their “future order” feature doesn’t show the red bar so you can’t even tell it’s a future order unless you’re paying close attention.

App was great. They took away ability to give a delivery time estimate. This has resulted in customers complaining on busy nights. It says customers on the edge of our delivery radius will get food in 35 minutes on a busy Friday night. Not gonna happen.
